We're at the same place where we marked our heights. I held in my hand, the hand of the one I've cherished most.
I smile and turn to her, "Remember the promise?"
"Yeah, how can I ever forget that?" She says and raises her arm with the bracelet.
"Four years huh?" I say.
"Yeah, a lot of things happened but some things never change."
"Like you and me." The moment I said that, I knelt one knee before her.
She immediately was speechless. I see her eyes water before I could say anything.
"In all those years that passed by, you have been the stars in my night sky. You have filled my galaxies with your smiles. You have been with me from infinity and beyond." I take the ring from my pocket and finally say, "So Yui, will you be mine forevermore?"
Between her tears she manages to say,
"Yes."
