What the heck is going on?

I look at Lee, "Do you like me, Lee?"

He answers, "Of course."

"Well then, I'm guessing you're bored. Sorry, I can't satisfy your boredom."

I grab Kai's arm and I pull him out of there. We run and we make it to the nurse's office. I pant and look at him. He has a grin on his face.

"What?" Then I notice I'm still holding his arm. I immediately let go.

"I thought you would actually become his Valentine."

"Why would I?" I then walk towards the window. There's a stool and I climb up.

"Because, Lee is better than me?"

"Lee uses people. He says he likes me when I know he has plenty of girls already."

I try to open the window. I reach but my height is just not meant for this job. I try one more time and I lost balance. I fall back and immediately got caught by Kai. His eyes were bright and his face was the same when we were younger.

He then smiles, "So, should I help you up or do you still want to stare at me?"

I scramble up but I fall again. He catches me. "Geez, you keep falling for me."

"Don't get so sure." I say then laugh.

"I miss you." He says out of the blue.

I blush, "But you see me everyday."

"No this 'you'. So, Yui, will you be my Valentine for tomorrow?" He asks and holds out his hand.

"Of course."
