Haggar

~Lance's POV~
I wait in line for the train back to Russia. I put my hand in my pocket and feel something. I pull it put to see the rose Keith gave me earlier today.

It's not wilted yet. I smell it, it smells sweet and I think of Keith. I realise I should probably tell him who I am. How we used to dance as kids.

I run towards the castle, it's open to the public for the party. I don't care if I miss the train, I can get a boat.

~Keith's POV~
"I was destroyed by your wicked family," Haggar says spitefully. But then her expression smoothens into an evil grin. "But, what goes around comes around."

She glares at me standing on the bridge and points the vile in her hand at me. "Care for a swim in the ice?" She asks. 

Green demons shoot out the end and the river under the bridge freezes. The bridge gets slippery and I fall to the ground.

I hear a crack as the stones beneath me start to crumble away. I grab onto the ledge near me, Haggar stands in front of me. "Nobody can save you now," she cackles maliciously.

"Bet!" I hear a familiar voice yell. Lance runs up and punches Haggar in the face. She stumbles backward and Lance comes up to me, dangling off the bridge.

He grabs my hands and starts pulling me up. "Lance, if we live through this, remind me to-"

"Thank me later." He says.

Haggar focuses back on us, "How enchanting, together again. For the last time!" The shadow demons shoot out again and pull Lance into the sky. They set him on top of a stone horse statue, which comes to life.

It flies to the ground and starts attacking him. He pulls out a sword on the statue and starts fighting it. "Hold on!" He yells to me.

"What does it look like I'm doing!" I yell back.

I stumble, trying to get up the ledge on my own. "Dasvidaniya, Akira," she turns away as Shiro starts biting her leg. She sends a demon after him.

"Keith!" Lance yells and runs towards me, only yo have the horse stop him.

"Long live the Kogane's!" Haggar screams wickedly.

She turns back to where I was hanging, and I run up beside her. "I couldn't have said it better myself." I knock her to the ground getting on top of her.

After a moment she knocks me to the ground. I stand up and she points her vile at me, but Shiro runs and grabs it in his mouth.

He drops it at my feet and I put my foot on top of it. I press down and it cracks. "NO!" She screams.

I look over to where Lance is now laying helplessly on the ground, unmoving. I turn back to Haggar, furious.

"This is for Lance!" I stomp on the vile and it cracks more. "This is for my family!" I stomp on it again, but pull it away from her hands. "And this, this is for you, dasvidaniya!"

I stomp on it one last time. It shatters with a burst of light. I run over to Lance and watch as Haggar is pulled into the column of light. The light goes away, leaving Haggars skin and flesh melting away, and whrn she's just a skeleton, she turns to dust. A gust of wind blows her away.

I turn back to Lance, I pull him in my arms. He doesn't move, I start to cry. After a few seconds he opens his eyes slowly, "Keith?" He asks weakly.

I pull him into a tight hug. "Ow, ow, ow," he says painfully.

I pull away, "Sorry," I say. Tears still staining my cheeks.

"I know, men are babies," he jokes. "Where is she? The woman? The stone horse?" He asks looking around.

"They're gone, forever," I smile a little.

"You did it," he smiles a little back at me. I start to lean towards him, and I feel him do the same. I start to feel his warm breath on my face, but we're interupted by a bark.

We pull away and see Shiro standing in front of us, my crown laying in front of him. Lance picks up the crown and we both stand up.

Lance smiles sadly and puts the crown on my head. "You came back," I say smiling at him.

"I just thought you might like to know who I am." I tilt my head, and he continues. "Y-you remember Taylor, who you used to dance with?" I nod slowly. "That-he, he is me."

"You're Taylor?" I ask. He nods this time.

"I just thought you'd like to know. But, lets take you back to the castle," he says sadly. "Then I'll be on my way back yo Russia."

We walk back to the castle and since everybody was on the ballroom floor, it wasn't very hard to get to my toom without being seen.

When we get there Lance turns away, and starts to walk out of the room. "Wait," I call.

"Yes?"

"I, I want to go with you," I say.

"But you found your family."

"Yes, and Allura knew this isn't where I want to be, before I did. Can I come with you?" I ask hopefully.

"Of course, I just thought you'd rather stay here."

"Then give me a minute to get ready, and I'll come too."

He smiles and nods. I pack a bag with clothes and stuff and pull out a pen and piece of paper. I begin writing a letter for Allura.
