It had been a few days since their little discussion... and the turning of Revenant to a human.
He was experiencing things differently. He had been locked up in his room this whole time, refusing to go out due to his... new physique. It took some getting used to, but eventually he was relearning the lifestyle he used to have before finding out he was actually a Simulacrum. However, the thought of Loba really bothered him. He felt as if he had made a mistake, how could he help then? If not death, what could he do? He wanted to repay her somehow, but at this point he was wondering if what she did was a blessing or a curse.
Yet, he couldn't explain it but he had this strong gut feeling that he needed to talk to her. Was it that he needed her?It was raining in that evening, no one really cared as they were cooped up in their Lobby, but Revenant was finally experiencing rain for the first time. Without thinking, he put a dark cape on and went outside without anyone noticing. It was the first time he felt the rain.
Cold, seeping down to his bones and heavy droplets falling down his your face, tracing down on his cheeks like tears.
He was crying, not a loud, obnoxious cry. But he was overwhelmed with what he felt, he hadn't felt this way in a while. He went to the rooftop and sat down at the edge of the railing, not realizing that his body was now human and he had to be more careful.The next actions happened in rapid sequence;
Loba opened the door to the rooftop, she saw Revenant sitting on the edge of the fence, she yelled out to him, took him off guard and slipped off the fence, Loba launched her bracelet down the building, until Revenant fell straight into her arms, rolling on the floor a few times until she was now on top of him."What the hell- What were you trying to do?! Kill yourself?!!"
Still confused on what just happened he was unable to reply, staggering to sit up.
"Are you out of your mind?! Have you gone mad??"
Then, he realized the position they were in. He had an angry Loba straddling him, rain pouring down on her clothes and hair as they were both panting heavily. His cheeks got flustered.
"And what are you!-..."
She looked down at him and finally realized what they were doing. She quickly got off of him, offering a hand to stand up which he took."I'm sorry, I didn't realize I was in a risky situation." He tried his best to not look down at her, which he failed to do anyways.
"Everything was wet, you could've slipped without anyone seeing."
Don't stare don't stare don't stare
"...yeah.. uh- but you were there thankfully."
She crossed her arms, clearly noticing his odd behavior.
"...Right, we should get you inside. You're soaking wet and you'll catch a cold."
"I'm aware of that."
They both stood under the rain for an awkward minute, he couldn't deal with these new human sensations. He didn't know what was going on inside him.Soon enough they got inside the building, everyone was in their own rooms, definitely busy with their own plans for the weekend. They made their way to Loba's room without getting spotted and as he was about to drop her there and go to his own room, Loba pulled on his cape, inviting him inside.
"Your room's pretty far, just come in."
And he did, with no choice of course. When he took a step in, he noticed the big difference between his and Loba's room. Every wall and inch of her room was decorated and had a purpose, his was... mostly empty.
He stood there a little dumbfounded while Loba was already starting to remove her clothing. When Revenant realized he quickly covered his eyes and apologized."Ack!! I'm sorry- I'm so sorry—"
Loba let out a soft laugh as she took a few steps closer to him, pulling his hand away.
"Are you seriously telling me you've never seen a woman in her underwear before?"
At that, his face reddened, his blood boiling hotter than ever. He glanced away awkwardly as she raised an eyebrow.
"Er- I still have manners."
"...If you do, remove your clothes. You're creating a pool on the floor."
And with that she left and headed off to what he imagined was the bathroom. He slowly removed his clothing but still stood there unsure on what to do.(Nsfw warning in the next chapter)
