"Ugokenai ugokenai ugokenai ugokenai
ugokenai ugokenai yo"

[I cannot run, I cannot hide, I cannot think, I cannot find
I cannot move, I cannot leave you!]

《——————————————————————————————》

Believe it or not, Sapnap never knew that his body can go through everything.

He also did not know that he was able to create images of objects and throw it at things, and that he can literally eat souls of living things, apparently. Of course, that is per Akira's teaching, he had never tried to take away a living animal/human's soul and ate it for dinner.

"How did you know that I can do such things?" Sapnap has asked.
"I've had a friend once... I don't know if they are alive right now."
"Oh... So they are an Onibi like I am?"
"Yes, and he had told me about how his power works. He had figured that out by accident, and instead of keeping it to himself, he had, well... Trusted me, and taught me about his abilities."

Silence.

"Well... What happened to him?"
Ha... One of those these, these questions will kill me.
"He passed away... Probably. Judging by his existence during the Edo period..."

"Ah... So you've lived this long without people you loved always by your side..."
"I feel sorry for you."
"I'm so sorry, Akira-sama."
Stop.

"I bet you'll find someone else, make your life an everlasting wonder." Kohaku had once said.
"... Thank you."

Akira sighs, "You know, sometimes, when you lived with yourself for long enough, you get used to it."

Moments before, George had answered the same question, and Akira answered almost the exact same, except there was a similar character that existed in her life who they have trusted her with this secret, and then left her later on due to her immortality. She took the secrets to their grave, as her grave will never come. Literally.

"I'm assuming that, during your time of living, you have met a lot of youkais..."
"Of course."
"So, you have met... Ghouls?"
"Yep."

Silence.

"Well, you better train well, because if you lose control of your body, you might not be turn back!" She waves a sign of goodbye to Sapnap before heading out to the forest for a walk. She must stop herself from crying at once, or she will break down during night and everyone will know that she is weak on this side; she appears to be the strong warrior type anyway.

Twilight has settled amongst the clouds, spreading reds, violets and pinks across the sky, with the nature's beauty brushing against the canvas with the right amount of proportion of each colours to make the slightest of detail in this perfect painting. Even though the skies of sunsets has always been beautiful, there is a hint of sadness between the dark blue and the purple transitioning. It seems like nature have been overseeing Akira's entire life, its eyes never stopped watching her, seeing her smiles, her tears, until she breaks, falls apart, and finally realising her life had been such a lie, and that no one can stand in par with her lifeforce other than the nature itself.

The loneliness had finally sinked into the girl's heart, as the sky blurs and something wet is dripping across her cheeks.

Ah. I still can't take it, huh...
I'll just have to wait longer. To see them come and go.
To let it all be this way.
I am not the human here, after all.

With that, she wipes her tears away, feeling hollow, sleep-deprived and weak in every parts of her body. This is her usual state compared to the composition she made herself in business. This, here, is the true Akira, a girl who feels lonely, forever 20, and unable to die.

She remembers everyone she met that holds meaning to her.
Their faces.
The memories involving them.
Their favourite things.
Their expressions when they pass away.

Everything.

She cannot even forget them. Before she knew about it, it's all in her heart, deep in her soul, unable to leave.

She can't walk away from them.
She doesn't want to walk away from them.
It is a part of her now.
