We arrived at the building with silence surrounding us. Well, there's no loud Lisa around that's why I feel like it's so quiet. Although Jisoo unnie tried to make the atmosphere lighter, we all know that we're missing someone. We tried really hard to feel better each time but it's not that easy.
Today we're going to have a meeting with our team to discuss our plans for the next days now that Lisa is still in the hospital. I know it won't be the same.

"You girls know that you still have scheduled projects and Lisa is in the hospital still recovering." Sajangnim started when all of our team was already settled in the conference room.

"Can you continue working as Blackpink with just the three of you?" He asked us while the rest of our team just stayed silent waiting for our response.

"It will only be until Lisa recovers. I'm leaving the decision up to you girls. I know and I understand how you feel that's why I need you to think about it." He again said that made the three of us looked at each other.

"Honestly, we didn't know how to do that, it's always been the four of us. Sajangnim, can you give us more time to discuss about this?" Jisoo unnie was the one who answered him. Unnie is right, it's been the four of us and it will be a big adjustment to start working without her.

"I know it's a tough decision, so I will give you enough time. But you already have signed contracts here and there so we really couldn't stop right now, unless we will announce a group's hiatus." He said that made us again look each other but this time with worried faces.

"Is that really neccessary?" There was a change in my tone when I asked that question.
"You know your schedule as a group has already been set. We can always cancel your daily activities but it'll be hard for us to cancel the projects that we've been preparing for the last months. Fans will be upset to both the company and you, specially that we're not really giving them details about Lisa's recovery. Unless we announce a hiatus, it is more reasonable." He explained that somehow managed to calm me down.

"We'll think about it carefully sajangnim." Jisoo unnie said looking at me with her eyes telling me to just trust flow.

"So hiatus is an option, but what will happen if we choose to continue?" Chae asked softly. Sajangnim first heaved a sigh before answering her.

"Group projects will proceed as it was planned but for now you will come out as a 3. Solo activities may also proceed except for Lisa, we'll be announcing her hiatus." He explained as we listen to him carefully.

"How about the special concert on January? What will we do about it? I couldn't think of doing the concert with just the 3 of us. I mean it's a concert, it means all 4 of us should be there." I stated both Chae and Jisoo unnie shifts their gaze from me to sajangnim. We've been preparing for that concert for nearly 3 months.

"We will decide if you could already decide to continue as 3 or be in hiatus too. Girls, I know how you feel right now but we should also consider your fans here, the companies that have deals with you and Lisa as well. Anyway, I'm still leaving the decision to you." He stated with a sigh.

"We'll have another meeting if you have decided already. Let's end the meeting here. Let's just hope that Lisa wakes up soon." He said with his usual slight smile as he stood up. We all bowed to him before he could walk through the doors.

"Jen, what should we do?" Unnie asked me with a narrowed forehead as we walked at the hallway heading to the recording studio.

"I don't know unnie." I uttered with a low voice as I also don't know what to decide. I know this is confusing for us, we have to consider a lot of things and not just ourselves.
