I pull out my phone and dial 911.

"911, what's your emergency," A female voice says. Howard was cleaning her wounds than she just fainted.
"My girlfriend just fainted," I tell the woman on the other line.
"Does she have any history with fainting?"
"No, she doesn't,"
"Where are you?"
"In the Glittering Oasis apartment building on the corner of Lexington ave and East 87th street on the 6th floor apartment, 568,"
"Okay, sir we are sending an ambulance. It will be there in a few minutes, stay on the phone please" She paused for a minute, "How old is your girlfriend and whats her name?"
"19 and Luxa," I respond, helping Howard get Luxa into the wheelchair.
"Okay, stay calm sir the ambulance should be there any minute now," I look out the large window and I see red and blue flashing lights.
"They are here," I hear a knock on the apartment door. I walk over and open the door. 2 paramedics run into the apartment and rush to Luxa.
"Okay sir, you can hang up now,"
"Thank you," The lady on the other side of the line hung up.
There was a lot of movement. Paramedics getting Luxa on the ambulance. They rushed her to the hospital. Howard and I ran to the nearest subway. We rode in silence for 5 minutes. The train stopped and we rushed off of it. The hospital was right by the subway. We speedwalk towards it not wanting to run into anyone. I open the hospital doors and let Howard and a few others in. Howard was already standing at the front desk. I walk uo to him.
"Hi, we are looking for a patient who just came in, her name is Luxa,"
"Oh, that one, go up to the 5th floor and shes in room 406,"
"Thank you," Howard and I walk towards the elevator. It lurches up to the sixth floor. The doors open and we both walk out. A sign directly across from the elevator said that rooms 400-450 were to the right. We walk to the right and walk towards room 406. I slowly open the door and my heart drops into my stomach.
