Uraraka's POV
I woke up early this morning so I could train outside. If I want to join the Demon Slayer corps, I have to master skill.
"Oi, What the hell are you doing?" A familiar voice asked behind me.
I looked over and it was the demon boy.
"I'm training. How did you get out from your room?" I asked. His hands were tied together so wouldn't it be hard to get up?
"I just teleported. The only reason I'm still here is bc I'm not letting you get away. If you end up dying in Final Selection, then you're all mine" He smirked
"Well tough luck because I won't die! I'll fight to the bitter end!"
"Prove it. Fight me."
As soon as he said that I quickly lunged toward him with my sword. It cut a scrap of his shirt off but barely did anything to him.
He ran towards me and tried to kick me but I blocked him with my sword. His foot was cut pretty badly.
"We should clean that off" I said.
"Tch. I'm fine!" He yelled
"No you're not! Please don't argue, I just wanna help you."
He groaned as he followed me to inside.
He sat on a chair and held up his leg.
I cleaned his leg and I got some bandages and wrapped them around his leg.
As I was doing this, I noticed he was staring at me. I looked up and I began to stare too...in his beautiful crimson eyes...We both leaned in..I realized what I was doing.
"Um, I think your legs all bandaged up now!" I stuttered
He blushed and got up.
Were we going to kiss?!..I could never kiss a demon!
I felt a tug on my arm and looked back to the demon.
"Thanks for helping me with my leg....I'm Bakugo by the way." He shyly muttered and looked away.
"Good to know."
"I also decided, that I won't eat you or the other dorks. " He scoffed
"Really? Thank you" I smiled. I wonder why he's being so nice all of a sudden..
I went outside to train again and tried to fight Bakugo again.
Most of the time in our fight, I blocked him with my sword while he just aimlessly throwed punches at me.
He was about to punch me again when I grabbed his arm and threw him over my shoulder, onto the floor.
The only sound either of us could hear was both of our panting.
Bakugo's POV
I looked up and Uraraka was standing over me. She had won.
"Guess I'm not so weak after all" She smirked
And that was the moment that I realized
Why I was acting to weird.
Why I couldn't bring myself to kill or eat her.
And why I always stare at her.
I was in love with her...
She wasn't like every other girl,
She was different...
And I'll make sure I'm by her side in the end...I have to be.
"Bakugo..?" I was so busy thinking that I didn't even realize she was holding out her hand for me.
I grabbed her hand and stood up.
"I didn't realize you were that srtrong" I muttered scratching my neck. "I never underestimated you, though"
"Oh, really? Thanks" she grinned
I then heard clapping behind us.
"Uraraka you did awesome! You'll definitely survive the Final Selection for sure!" Izuku cheered
I saw the little girl pumping her fists in the air.. She's adorable.
"Thanks guys." Uraraka smiled
A few months later...
Uraraka's POV
Today was the Final Selection.. I was beyond nervous. Right now I was saying goodbye to Izuku, Eri and even Bakugo. Bakugo has become a very close friend of mine and has helped me trained a lot.
I soon arrived at the Final selection and we all went into a forest, to fight demons.
I was hiding behind a tree, making sure I was hidden so It'd be easier to capture demons.
"EEEEEK!!!!" I heard a loud shriek..
I quickly ran to where I heard the shrieking and saw a big demon girl, eating the other girl who had screamed.
"Mm...More food~" She smirked
I took out my blade and backed away from her.
"The humans these days are so pathetic." She laughed
I ignored her and concentrated on where I should aim my sword.
I found my spot and swiftly lunged toward her.
As I sliced her..She used her power to make a portal. The portal made the sword stab me in the back.
"Ack!"
I backed away again and tried to stand up, But it was no use. She was about to kill me when..
SLICE
It was Bakugo....he sliced her head off with his sword....
"B-Bakugo?! What are you doing here?"
"What does it look like? I'm saving you" He said as he held out his sword to me.
"Wha-
"Go on, take it. I know you can fight these morons, but just be careful" I took his sword and smiled
"Thank you.."
He smiled back "I'll be on the other side waiting for you"
He then ran away.
Few hours later.
I had finally ran through most of the forest and could see the end..
I was almost there...
I came out and saw the other survivors there..
And Bakugo...
I had made it..
I was so excited that without thinking I jumped into Bakugo's arms.
"I did it!!" I cheered
"I knew you could"
He set me down and our faces were very close..
It made me blush.
shockingly he pressed his lips againist mine and put his hand on my cheek.
He pulled away and said "Congratulations, Uraraka"
