The plan was simple.
Kaminari would district Izuku until twelve. That's when everyone was coming over. He needed to make sure he didn't find out.
Izuku was the type to refuse any type of gathering at his house. So as long as he knew nothing of the fact his friends and family were coming over. They'd be fine.
Izuku sat in his chair in the babies room. Slowly rocking back and forth with Izukimaru in his arms. As Haruhi played with his baby sister. Occasionally glancing at his mother who started dully at the floor.
This wasn't his mother. This was a shell of it.
This one looked as if it had nothing to live for. He was just empty.
And it was his fathers fault.
He stood up and marched over to his mother grabbing his hand.
"Momma. Don't be sad.. Papa's not worth it!" He said with a determined smile.
Izuku smiled back raising his hand and resting it on his sons head. Combing his fingers through his blonde hair.
"You're right Haruhi. I'm sorry. Are you hungry?"
"Ewwwa Nnn.. Don't apologize. But yes I am! I want rice balls!" He said raising his hands to the air.
Izuku nodded and set Izukimaru down next to his sister before he walked downstairs and into the kitchen.
Kaminari watched as he methodically worked in the kitchen. It had been his life for almost twelve years. He was stay at home and occasionally he did photography.
Since he had kids he was hard to get. But his wedding photos were a work of art.
Kaminari sighed and pushed his glasses up. Quietly walking over to Izuku who had just turned the rice cooker on.
"Whatcha dooooin?" He asked playfully as he swiped away the spice the small boy was just reaching for.
"I'm trying to make rice balls. But ya know.." He gestures to the blonde in front of him. Who held the last ingredient he needed before he could start he filling.
"Hmmm... Let me help?"
"Absolutely not."
"Why not~?"
Izuku started at him like he was stupid.
But, he kinda was.
"Kaminari the last time you tried to cook in my house you put tinfoil in the microwave. That wasn't even cooking. So there's no way your cooking now." He said.
Kaminari frowned and gave up. Slowly giving the spice to the boy.
"Can I at least decorate them?"
Izuku stared at him for a long time before sighing and throwing the pack of seaweed at him.
"Put your art major skills to use." He smiled.
Kaminari first attended school as an art major. But it had constantly changed. Art, Business, Filmography, was Design, but he had settled on but it payed him well.
It was nearing twelve now and five of them sat on the couch as they enjoyed snacks and shows.
Kaminari bouncing his leg as he watched the Izuku, but, his eyes continuously flicked to the door.
Which would be knocked on soon.
Izuku watched him as he looked oh-so-nervous. Haruhi did as well. But he focused on his siblings.
