Akkami woke up to the sound of lizalfos swimming around. She had camped out on a weirdly large tree stump in the middle of the lake. It seemed safe enough, but of course monsters HAD to be everywhere. She checked the time. 4:45am. That was fine. She usually woke up at 5 anyway to scout around and update her map. She waited until the lizalfos went to shore and hopped down from the stump and quickly swam away before they could see her. She could fight them, but she was tired. And remember you have to save your energy for the real fight. She told herself.

She climbed on a mountain near the stump and checked her map. Mount Daphnes, it was called. From her vantage point, she could see most of southern Hyrule Field and even from far away, she could see them. The eight legged destruction machines. Guardian stalkers. She thought to herself as several of them scuttled across the grassland. She definitely couldn't take them all. She sighed and marked the positions of each guardian on her map. A red dot was the position of a guardian and her map was filled with dots that it almost looked filled in. She closed her map and checked her inventory, which was filled with ancient parts. She mostly had ancient screws and springs, as they were the most common, but also had a couple ancient gears and one ancient core. Damn it. Purah needs at least 3 and who knows how much Robbie needs. I'll have to ask him. Akkami groaned and looked back at the group of guardian stalkers patrolling Hyrule field. Each stalker probably had 1 ancient core each. I could probably take them on horseback.... probably. She sighed again and walked down the mountain to a tree where she had tied her horse.

The horse snorted at her as she approached. Akkami smiled and fed it an apple. "So Biscuit, how do you feel on taking some guardian stalkers? I know how much you enjoy their lasers"

Biscuit neighed softly

"I can't wait to be set on fire, AGAIN." She laughed. "Though Impa says it's bad for my health."

She swung herself up on the saddle and prodded the horse to trot along the path, then pulled out her map. "I think there are maybe 3 or 4 around Kolomo. It'll be kinda wet, but that malfunctions their gears..."

Her voice trailed off as her horse stopped at a big stone wall, so tall she couldn't see the top, and expanded on either side. The Great Plateau. She thought to herself. Should I check... no. It's fine. I was transferred! They're handling it just fine. Besides, I have to help Purah and Robbie.

She turned Biscuit away from the wall and continued on the path the Lake Kolomo. She reached it shortly and could see 4 guardians scuttling along the Garrison ruins. She drew her weapon, an ancient staff with glowing blades and spurred Biscuit to barrel straight towards the nearest guardian. She yelled in fury and swung her staff to strike it down.
