I found myself getting addicted to the waves. I took a step closer, and then another. The waves kissed my feet, sands are in between my toes. The sea is pulling me closer, waves are becoming bigger and it's crashing with my body. I found myself drowning. In the bottom of the deep blue sea, I opened my eyes. I saw nothing but darkness. I looked up, and there I can see a faint light.

'Love yourself', a voice suddenly whispered in my ear.

It made no sense. Easier said than done. I'm sinking in deeper, and as I go deeper, it gets darker. But the voice said those exact words again.

It hit me hard, my heart started pounding. That's when I started to move my feet and hands. I shouldn't let myself drown deeper and deeper. I should start to swim until I can breathe again, until I can see the light again.
