I think Toph would be disrespected if she and Haru got together. Toph is the Earthbending master whilst Haru... Haru is something. I could see Haru as a student learning Metalbending, but that really is it. Also the fact that, again, they don't match up - neither are they opposites or matching. Toph going with someone like Sokka would be...*smirks*
