This world has been going downhill. Men are controlling the women. Men are controlling the animals. Men are controlling the Earth. And my Job? is to put a stop to it. And I won't let anyone stop me. I was named after the Goddess of Wisdom, War and Crafts - Athena herself. I am smart, I have the Courage of a Lioness, and I manage to survive on my own. At the Age of Nineteen, our mothers send us to the world of men to protect and defend against them.
For me, it was different. They needed more time. They needed to train me so I can find and stop the deadliest of the deadliest. When they finally sent me, I was around twenty five years old. The oldest age you could send a woman to fight. It always angered me. I could've helped so many people. I could've stop corruption. But instead, I was stuck in this place for five more years. But at the end of the day, the decision is not mine.
Now I am here. In the world of men. I have a mission, a shield and a sword. And as barbaric as it may sound, I have to complete my mission, by any means necessary. This city though, Las Vegas. So different from home. They work all day, party all night. The city that never sleeps. And so am I. I blend in, as much as possible, because walking with a sword and shield, and a familiar Lioness named Amigo, is not normal here. And they fear me. And It's good, because I am not here to make friends. I am here on a mission. And once I find him - my mission is over, and I can start my own Journey of saving this world.
For I am Athena, and I might be only human, but I'm a warrior, that you wouldn't want to mess with.
