A Phantom's Rose (Male Infinite reader x Ruby Rose)

Chapter 7

(Sonic's POV)

Me, Tails, and Knuckles all got ready to fight Infinite. He just destroyed our school and he isn't going to get away with that.

Knuckles: Stay back guys. I got this.

Sonic: Just be careful Knuckles.

Knuckles slammed his fists together. Small purple balls of energy started to come from the ground.

Tails: I guess Knuckles isn't messing around.

The purple balls started to spin around Knuckles. They got faster and a red aura started to surround Knuckles. He dashed forward at Infinite.

Knuckles: Let's see what you got!

Infinite scoffed and elbowed Knuckles in the face. He was sent into a nearby rock.

Infinite: I was expecting more.

Sonic: Stay back Tails. I can take him.

I started to run at Infinite. He started to blast red balls of energy at me. I dodged them easily. I was going so fast that it looked like I was disappearing and reappearing.

Infinite: Just how fast are you?

I got behind him and jumped off his head.

Sonic: Catch me if you can!

He scoffed and disappeared.

Sonic: He can teleport?!

I looked up to see him above me. He slammed his feet down on my back and sent me into the ground.

Infinite: You surprised me at first, but this is the end.

He fired a big ball of energy at me. I felt someone grab the back of my shirt and teleported me away from the energy ball.

Sonic: Shadow! What took so long?

Shadow walked in front of me. He looked a lot like me, except he wears all black with some red. His hair is also black with red streaks.

Shadow: I didn't come for you. I came here to show this guy who's boss.

Infinite: Another bug? And who might you be?

Shadow: I'm Shadow. I'm going to become the ultimate huntsman.

Shadow pulled out a gun and teleported behind Infinite. He pointed the gun at his head.

Shadow: Ready to admit defeat?

Tails: So cool!

I face palmed. You must be kidding.

Infinite: You look so cute pointing that gun at nothing.

Shadow: What do you mean?

Infinite vanished from plain sight. Shadow looked around and was kicked in the face. He was sent into the same rock that Knuckles was sent into.

(Readers POV)

(Y/N): It doesn't matter how many there are. You will all fall.

I haven't even used most of the Phantom Ruby yet. I heard rumbling to my right. I looked to see a bunch of red energy bursting from the rock.

(Y/N): You don't know when to quit, do you?

Knuckles: I'm just warming up.

He jumped up into the air and started to spin like a corkscrew. He slammed himself into the ground and went in it. So he can dig underground. I saw some of the dirt moving under me. A fist came flying out the ground. I stepped back and saw Knuckles in the air.

(Y/N): He's getting faster.

I said to myself. I summoned a bunch of cubes and hit Knuckles with them. He was sent to the blue and yellow ones.

(Y/N): I think it's time to finish my job here.

I heard crackles of electricity. I looked over to see Shadow standing up. He started to take of some rings that was around his wrists.

Shadow: Don't think you've won yet!

His eyes went pure white and red energy started to burst off of him. He started to run at me. I made some cubes and launched at them. They hit him, but instead of him getting affected, the cubes broke when they made contact with his body.

(Y/N): The hell?!

He was right in front of me and punched me in the face. I was sent back at a fast speed. Shadow somehow got behind me and kicked me up. He jumped up and punched my back, sending me down into the ground.

Shadow: You're going straight to hell.

He started to fire a barrage of blue energy attacks. I got hit be them. They didn't hurt much, but there were many. He stopped and yellow energy started to charge in his hand.

Shadow: Chaos spear!

He fired it at me and it hit me. A green explosion started to surround the area. The energy that surrounded Shadow disappeared. I teleported behind him. He looked at me surprised. He was out of breath, poor thing.

(Y/N): You're attacks worried me at first, but my cubes did affect you. They made your attacks weaker, so I'm completely fine.

I grabbed his face and slammed him in the ground. He got knocked out.

(Y/N): You all were a great enough distraction. I learned some new things about the Phantom Ruby, so I must thank you.

I flew up into the sky and made a giant energy ball. I aimed it at the largest city nearby and threw the ball at it. The city was destroyed and all that was left was ruined buildings.

Sonic: NO!

(Y/N): Have a good day.

I flew away at high speeds. I got a map awhile ago. I checked it and the closest place was a continent called Atlas.

(Y/N): Isn't that were that Ivo guy said he got kicked out from? Looks like I can get some revenge.

I started to fly faster. I want to make Atlas suffer the most.
