Chapter 6

                                        KATIE'S POV

Thing's over the past few week's have been getting better. He's not ignoring me as much, we talk more. So because of that reason I finally decided to move back into our room again, only just cuddling and nothing more but at lease it's something... Right!!. I just hope this is the last time I have to move again.

We're at the mall doing a bit of shopping and I step away from, Adam to go check something out. When I came back around the corner he was talking to some girl with long blonde hair. I duck back a bit just watching.

He has his hand on the small of her back and was laughing about something. When I saw his hands go on her back I stepped out from behind the shelf.

As soon as he saw me he pulled his hand away from the woman's back and his smile disappeared, the woman noticed the sudden change on his face and turned to see me standing there.

"Well it was nice seeing you, Adam". "Call me some time handsome".

I could see him trying to tell this WOMAN to shut up with the subtle facial gestures he was making, but she had already walked off leaving him to deal with the situation.

"Who was that, Adam?".

"Oh, uh!!"... "Just some lady wondering what isle something was in".

"And your hand needed to be on her back"..."Why?".

He looks down realising I saw more than he thought and speaks softly.

"I don't know!!".

"So who is she, Adam??". "Hmm, another one of your conquests??".

He looks back up at me visibly annoyed.

"You're being ridiculous right now, Katie".

"Really, Adam?, I'm being ridiculous"... "Really!!". "YOU'RE NOT THE ONE WHO GOT CHEATED ON, ADAM!!".

As soon as it came out of my mouth I froze looking at everyone now staring at us. I turned around and ran out of the store into the parking lot sobbing, Adam chasing after me.

"KATIE WAIT!"...", BABY, STOP!". "Would you please just stop for a second".

I turned around and stared daggers at him as he pleaded for me to stop.

"You HUMILIATED me in there, Adam".

"I..." "I HUMILIATED YOU!?". "I was NOT the one YELLING at the top of their lung's in the middle of a god damn store, Katie"... "You!!!". "YOU were the one screaming, NOT ME!". "Don't put this on me because you are insecure about YOUR relationship, Katie".

"Just take me home, Adam".

"Get in the damn truck, Katie".

Storming past him, I climb in the truck just sitting there with the hole drive being in complete silence. Just before we get home the silence is broken.

"That was NOT my fault, I did NOTHING wrong, Katie".

"Then WHO"... "WAS"... "SHE, Adam??". "Miss room 305 perhaps??".

He went dead silent, he had been caught.... Again!.

"OH MY GOOD!!, Really Adam". "After all we've been through this past few week's getting back on track".... "well I hope it was worth it".

"What's that supposed to mean, Katie??".

"It MEEEANS, Adam that i'll be moving my stuff back into the spare bedroom". "That's what that means Adam".
