Chapter 11

Bella's POV.

It was now morning, the first morning I had without my brother by my side. I saw that Clementine and Aj were already out of bed, probably cleaning up the courtyard.

I got up and grabbed my knife and holstered it in my back pocket and walked out.

At the Courtyard.
The smell of fire from last night and the dead all stung my nose but I didn't mind. I saw Willy kneeling over a now dead Mitch with a bag over his head.

I went over to him and I heard him saying good things about him as Clementine walked over to us.

Clementine: hey Bella, how are you feeling?

Bella: I feel like absolute crap. I say while slouching my arms.

Clementine gets down on my level and places her hands on my shoulder.

Clementine: we're going to get them back Bella, I promised your brother that I wouldn't let anything happen to you. He told me that if you were the one kidnapped or even killed.... He wouldn't function.

Bella: He's been through a lot. I just wish I could get him some rest from all the stuff he's pulled.

Louis walks over to us as Clementine stands up to face him.

Louis: Abel's tied up in the basement, he passed out from all the pain.

Clementine: thanks.

Louis: Aj's sitting there watching him.

He squats down next to Willy.

Louis: hey buddy, it's time for us to bury Mitch, say our goodbyes.

Tennessee: I can help-

He gets pushed to the ground as I ran over to help him up.

Willy: Get Away From Him!

Ruby: Willy!

Willy: what?! It's true! We had a plan, and that Idiot Messed it up.

Bella: we know Willy, just back the fuck off.

Willy: what are you gonna do about it?

I death stared him as he stared back but looks abit scared as Tennessee runs off which makes me look away.

Bella: Tenn!

Ruby: shit.

Louis: i'll handle this, go talk to Abel, see if you can get something from him. I wanted to hurt him, y'know? But, I just couldn't. Maybe you'd have better luck than I do.

Louis walks off as Clementine looks at me for a second then walks off to the basement.

Louis: come on, kiddo. Let's go talk to Tenn and talk to him.

Bella: sure.

An Hour Later.
Me, Aj, Willy, Louis and Clementine went out to scout out the boat that Abel told her about as she held the map.

Me and Aj were in the middle while Wily was behind us arming his bow and Clementine was in front of us with Louis ahead of her.

Clementine: we're only out here to scout out the boat, no need attracting attention.

Bella: then we'll make a plan and get everyone caught up on it.

Willy: everyone except Tenn.

Aj: it wasn't his fault.

Willy: yes it was! We have a plan.

Aj turned around and glared at Willy while holding his fists.
