Naomi and all the other guests sat watching the scene unfold between the family.

Josiah sat down next to Naomi thinking about what is happening now. This was the reason he hated coming to family dinners because there are always major drama.

"Where is the restroom?" Naomi asked breaking the ice.

Josiah pointed her to the direction of the bathroom and she nodded before leaving.

Bianca watched the exchange and she stared at Naomi as she left the room. After her figure disappeared she quickly got up and started following her.

She made slow steps for her heels to not alarm Naomi of her presence.

She stared around the hallway until she saw a vase filled with beautiful diamonds.

She picked one of them out and stood outside the bathroom door listening.

Naomi stared at herself in the mirror and her skin which was glowing. She looked nothing like the person she was a week ago.

She added some lipgloss to her lips before placing it into her purse while walking out.

She bumped into someone causing her stuff to fall and before she could pick them up someone started putting them into her purse.

"I am so sorry," she told the girl until she recognizes who it was.

"Bianca Kinsley," she said with a slight attitude.

"It was my fault, I am also sorry for the way I acted towards you a few minutes ago. I have no excuses for the way I was acting" Bianca lied.

"It's okay" a naive Naomi answered walking away.

Bianca smirked as soon as she was no longer in view before making her way back to the ballroom. Not knowing someone caught everything that happened on video.

Naomi made her way back into the room and once she entered she realized the chefs were bringing out the food.

Naomi took a seat right where she sat the first time and then Bianca did the same.

Silverwares were placed in front of everyone as they went around with various foods.

The table consisted of foods from all around the world and the flavors were magnificent.

"Father, Josiah has not said a word to me since has been here," Jillian told Johnathan.

Josiah rolled his eyes at her childish behavior. He is an adult and there is nothing that his father could do.

James ate angrily hitting dropping the fork and knife loudly every chance that he got.

"Control yourself" Johnathan whispered to him.

"Why do I have to control myself?" James asks getting louder and drawing attention to their tables.

Naomi ate silently trying to eat as properly as she could. She had recently started her etiquette classes, so she is yet to get the hang of it.

"We will take about this when all the guests are gone," Johnathan told James.

James slammed his fist against the table before dramatically leaving the room.

Bianca walked over to Josiah and whispered something in his ear before following behind him.

Josiah's head snapped in the direction that Naomi was sitting and eating.

He snatches the purse that was sitting in her lap which shocked her causing her knife to fall.

"What are you-?" he interrupted her before she could finish.

"Really?" he shouted snatching the diamond out of her purse.

Naomi looked in shock as she tried to explain.

"I promise you I did not put that there," she said with tears falling. She was embarrassed by what was happening.

"Then how did it get inside? You just couldn't help yourself could you" he ask.

The whole room watched the interaction and gasp when the diamond was revealed.

"Great we have a thief in our midst," Johnathan said bitterly and that was all it took for Naomi to rush out the room.

The tears fell from her eyes as everyone in the room laughed. The only person who did not find it funny was Jillian.

Josiah felt bad after what he did but he refused to apologize.

Naomi made her way out of the mansion and walked a very long way to the road.

She removed the heels that she was wearing and walked along the road.

The only thing in her purse was the phone, id, and lipgloss. She had no money and the card that she was given she was not going to use it.

Her mind pondered non how the diamond made it inside her purse. The only scenario she could remember was when she bumped into Bianca.

"Bianca did this to me and this is what she said to Josiah before leaving," she said hurt.

Naomi finally made it to the streets of Los Angeles and looked for the nearest pawn shop.

She deleted all the contacts and messages from the phone before walking in.

"I would like to sell this iPhone eleven. I only had it for two days and I need it gone" she said with urgency.

"Can I see your Id?" he the worker ask and she gave it to him.

"Does it have any passwords?" he ask and she showed him.

"How much?" she asks wanting to leave as quickly as possible.

"I can give you eight hundred," he said and she quickly nodded.

She took the money and the Id and left the shop. She sat on a bench waiting for a taxi to arrive.

A taxi pulled up and someone got out of the car, she quickly got into the car.

"The closest motel please," she said closing the door.

Josiah paced the floor of his house waiting for Naomi to come back.

He returned home thirty minutes ago just to find out that she was not here.

"Sir, would you like some tea?" Rosa asks Josiah.

"No thank you," he said taking a seat in the living room.

He knew he said some pretty harsh things and he did not defend her against his father.

His doorbell started ringing frantically and he rushed to open it thinking it was Naomi.

His sister Jillian stood at the door before pushing past him and made her way inside the house.

"Let me guess she is not here," Jillian asked as soon as she took a seat.

"What are you talking about?" he asks acting clueless.

"I know she was staying here. But after what you did I would have done the same too" she said pulling out her phone and pushing it towards him.

He watched on the camera as Bianca picked up a diamond and walked towards the bathroom door.

A minute later Naomi exit the bathroom and Bianca bumped into her and placed the diamond in her purse along with everything else.

"Shit".
