Yura looked at the woman sitting in front of her. Elder to her by three years. Her son was sitting beside her, entertaining them with his tales from school.
Meiko Sasaki, one of Yura's favoUrite seniors was a genius back then and one even now. After passing out from Yale with flying colours, the sociology distinction student settled in Australia with her husband.
Currently Yura was asking Mino about school. The atmosphere was light and the two were enjoying the conversation when suddenly they heard a loud noise.
"Mino....Go inside....You can play with Appa" Meiko said.
Mino obediently nodded in response and went inside.
Yura and Meiko headed towards the main gate.On seeing them the guards opened the gate.
Yura had a hard time controlling her laughter when she saw the scene outside.
Three of the guards had caught a man who was shouting and struggling to be free.
The man had shoulder length brown hair with liliac highlights. He wore a light pink shirt with red floral patterns and brown quarters. He was wearing a pair of flip-flops and neon nerd glasses.
"Let me go! Off with your filthy hands" the man screamed.
His voice, which although was in a faked American accent, sounded familiar to both Yura and Meiko.
"Excuse me, Sir, but you were about to trespass into a private estate.....and I do hope you have a proper reason for making a scene here..." Yura stated
The man's eyes widened and he smiled.
"Of course Mrs Kim...I do have a reason.....my name is there in the guest-list of your brother's wedding." The man smugly retorted.
Yura froze on hearing the name.
"Okay.....But I don't recall anybody sending an invitation to an anonymous freak like you." Yura sharply remarked.
To everybody's dismay the man laughed replying, "Haven't forgotten me, have you Yura? I'm not some anonymous freak'......I'm NIEL.....Daniel!"
On hearing his reply, Yura froze.... she was rendered speechless - her worst nightmare was back to haunt her.
Sensing her discomfort, Meiko immediately replied, "Hello there DaNiel.......Although your name was there in the guest-list, I'm afraid to tell you that Seo Jun himself cancelled your name......So I don't think you have a reason to linger around.
Now it was DaNiel's turn to freeze. He sulked and hesitantly walked away.
"His name isn't cancelled, is it?" Yura asked Meiko as they walked back to the mansion.
"Well no but don't worry it doesn't matter because he actually bought my lies." Meiko replied with a re-assuring smile.
