Chapter 1.3.2 Mago's Wish

The ex couple made their way into the study.

The interior of the study was made out of wood.There was a study table and chairs on the right side and on the left side there were three sofas for guests.The study room was parted into two floors.The first phase of the study was mainly the office of the owner.There was a library and a personal study on the second floor along with the owner's bedroom.It was a strict rule that the second floor of the owner's study can only be visited on special or important circumstances.Because of his extreme private ness and the mysterious nature a lot rumours were roaming about him.

Manager Jaechi asked the ex couple to be seated.The owner wasn't on his desk,Jaechi thought he might be on second floor but it won't be appropriate for her to go to the second floor as she wasn't asked yet.
The couple tried to make themselves comfortable but it wasn't easy.They were getting nervous in each breathe,they were becoming restless.Jaechi stood infront of them and told them the owner might be on the second floor and that they should wait up a bit.

After few minutes Ms.Jo finally broke the silence and asked,"Well...um....It's already been few minutes.When will he come?"
Jaechi looked up and said,"I am sorry for the delay.But as you see this wasn't plan.I request you to be a little patient.He might be in a discussion with the officials....Would you like some water?"Ms.Jo nodded.

After few minutes a small bell rang which was to call the staff upstairs.Jaechi understood and went upstairs.
When she came down she asked the ex couple to kindly go upstairs and that the owner was expecting them.Ms.Jo and Mr.Min gave eachother a final look as they went upstairs.Jaechi left the study and went outside to wait for her call.This was one of the rules that was strictly to be obeyed by the staff that whenever the owner is in study into a discussion with any guest the staff;specially the manager as she was the one to go around there more than anyone to wait outside as long as the second bell doesn't ring.
Jaechi was used to this but today as she was standing infront of the cold wooden door she had a different tense,she felt restless and a feeling of urgency.She woke from her thoughts as her phone started to ring.It was the head chef;Choi Chin-Hae.
"Did you talk to him?"asked the head chef.
"No,I didn't get a chance.He's in the study with the ex couple and I'm not sure if it's the right time to talk to him."
"You know,you won't get a chance after today.I hope you don't want Mago to come all the way here to talk about it before him knowing."
"I know.I'll tell him when the ex couple will leave."
"Hm cool.It'll take a little time for me but wait for me at least.By the way do you think the ex couple will be done for good this time?"
"Yeah.I am positive that we won't see them anymore.Anyway I'll wait.You can take time too.I have a day to day speech before I can come to the subject."
"Okay.See you."
"Yeah."
They hung up.

After 30 minutes of waiting and walking from this side to the other,suddenly a rush of footsteps approached to Jaechi.She stood and looked behind her.There were 3 men on black suits.
They must be the grim reapers,thought Jaechi.
Jaechi bowed the men as they made their way to the study.
The owner wasn't a fond of the grim reapers.Thus they never really came to the inn unless something very important.But there was one of them who had an old relation with the inn and is always welcome by the owner.The grim reaper is one of the oldest on her filed and is very respected by everyone.Mostly she was known and praised for her wit and sharp mind.Also she was the one who supported the owner on his journey to build an inn on the living world.It wouldn't be possible without her and the owner felt in dept towards her.
