today was my first day at passaic valley, it was also everyone else's. i'm a freshman and my mom moved here for a job opportunity, it paid a lot more and it wouldn't hurt. what did hurt was saying bye to my siblings, dad, alessya and julia, i was crying like a bitch but i make friends kinda easy. let's see how today goes.
i put on a red top, light wash ripped jeans with white af1s, i went downstairs and saw my mom making eggs and bacon. she didn't have time so make something more hispanic yk but this will do.
mom: let's see how the first day goes
mia: i'll probably make one friend
mom: you're a fun person to be around mia, you'll find a group of friends
mia: yeah right
mom: you have alessya, julia, samy and mar
mia: mar and samy rarely talk to me
mom: when was the last time they came over

i haven't seen my grandma in so long so this summer will be amazing, i finished eating and went to brush my teeth. i can't wait to get these stupid braces off, i grabbed my phone and backpack and got in the car. my mom started it and we drove off to school and lemme tell you, IT WAS HUGE.

i headed straight for the office when i bumped into someone, fuck sakes mia.

i looked up and he was tall, his hair was short, he had glasses but he was cute overall. he had hazel eyes that i could get lost in, i smiled and walked away feeling ✨embarrassed✨
