Since, I have spent Ummm.... how many chapters again? dunno. about 4? anyways, since I spent about 4 chapters describing one event, I'm going to go straight to when they reach the seashell hotel, and meet again. Oh, and this chapter is from Lily's perspective, so the language may be a little childish, bear with me
I was really excited to meet Zoe again, she was a really nice girl, and she had a sister, I really wished I had a sister but I don't. Anyways, I'm Lily Luna Potter, mom says I was named after a hero and my grandmother, I've never met my grandmother, but I am really sure she's nice. I've tried writing some letters to her, but she never replies, but if mum and dad say she's a hero. I'm pretty sure she is.
Anyways, I was heading to our room in the hotel. I'm sure they'd told me the name, but I can't remember now. I think it might've been something like seahorse, and then mama and dad were explaining why we were staying there, but I was thinking of seahorseys and might have gotten a little distracted.
So, I was going down the very long corridor, when I saw someone enter the room on the opposite side of the corridor, I only caught a glimpse of blonde and black hair, but I was really sure it was Zoe, I was really excited to find that they were on the same floor. Albus was not, he saw them too, but he wasn't excited.
I was very excited the next morning, for some reason. Mom had already laid out my outfit, and I almost tripped over thrice as I hurried into it! My record before this was two times, so obviously, this was a bit of a shock! I always want to be the first to get ready, but somehow, Mom always beats me by just a few seconds. As I rush out the door to my room to go and brush my teeth, she walks out calmly with hair that is just a little wet but dry enough for her to let air-dry for now.
Dad was in much worse shape when he finally exited the bedroom, grumbling about not being able to sleep much at all. Apparently, the couple next to us was arguing about blueprints or something being lost, but I didn't quite understand what dad was trying to say. He says he got three hours of sleep, but that seems enough to me- I don't know why he's being so grumpy then.
Three hours is a long time, and blueprints is a funny word. It makes me think of my favourite cartoon, with the blue dog that leaves its prints everywhere. Maybe that's what they were arguing about. I have to ask mom what blueprints means later. I don't think it's the dog.
When everyone was ready, we went to have breakfast, I was racing Albus to the dining room, I came first obviously, it was bold of that slowpoke to think he could beat me. I almost
Everyone got their food and sat down. I started to eat, but the people besides us were very noisy, they kept arguing.
"What do you mean you don't know where the blueprints are?" somebody said.
Oh, it's the blueprints again. Blue prints? Maybe it's blooprints?
"I mean I don't know where the blueprints are!" another voice replied. "I'm telling you, I kept them exactly where you asked me to yesterday!"
"Can you at least Iris message Chiron, maybe I left them at Camp?" the female voice yell-whispered again. I was really having trouble eating my food. The people were very noisy.
"Ugh, I swear to all the gods." a teenager groaned. I knew it was a teenager because my brother spoke like that! Mom sometimes says that I'm very smart for my age, but I like to think that-
"Can you stop arguing so early in the morning, I'm running on barely an hour of sleep and I'm this close to strangling somebody." the voice continued, the teenager.
I turned to my mom again, convinced now that my question couldn't wait. I tried to whisper, but I was never really good at being quiet.
"Mamma," I said to her, widening my eyes a little so that she wouldn't ignore my question, "what does blueprints mean?"
The noisy people fell very quiet at that, and that made the grumpy teenager start laughing. I crossed my eyesbrows, a little annoyed at that, but not too bothered.
