Harry Potter meets Percy Jackson

Zoe Bob Jackson

(One nice chapter[kinda] before the horror starts, this isn't all that un-scary either, to be honest. Ummm...don't read on if you want all the characters to live)

She was alive. If I assure of one thing, it was that. But right now, I wasn't sure of anything. I just held her body. She didn't move, didn't breathe. Anything. 

Then the horror started(yup, people last time to turn back, it's not that scary also, to be honest). 

Silena moved, not just her fingertip, her whole body moved. I looked at mom and dad, their faces had birghtened by a thousand volts, but they looked just as confused. Mom's face was still streaked with tears. The Potter's looked extremely confused,

"Hades kept his promise!" Mom exclaimed, "but what's the catch? Has the underworld gotten a new ruler?" 

Hades vaporised in front of us, like actually in front of us.

"Lord Hades," I said,

"nice to know millennials still have respect,"

"umm...Is Silena alive?" I asked him, he shook his head,

"she will be, if she survives your mother's worst fears," Mom stifened,

"Oh no," she said,

"what is it?" I asked her, she didn't say anything. Just shook her head,

"Please keep her soul," She said, and I was shocked out of my mind,

"mom, how could you?" I asked her, "you have the chance to bring her back,"

"You don't understand Zoe-"

"Yeah, I don't understand anything! because I'm just eight, right?! Why won't I understand anything?! I'm still a human, I have the right to know!" I screamed at her, mom stopped crying. She faced me, with a glare. But I wasn't even scared,

"Zoe, you won't understand, because you can't! It's better to die, than to live with those nightmares! you have no idea about half the things I have been through,"She scolded me, I was too dumb-struck to say anything,

Hades cleared his throat, everybody looked at him, "ah! I hate attention! but anyways, you're too late, the trials have begun, she said something about her sister," he pointed at me, "waiting,"

He announced, and disappeared. Mom just stood there, stunned. And for the first time in her life, speechless.

"Now, I'm sure she'll make it," she said,

"how?" I asked her, miserable again,

"Love," She told me, and sat back down, burying her head in her knees. Dad sat down besides her. 

Silena moved again, her whole body turned. And everybody, the Potter's, Mom, dad, and me rushed to her side. But left enough space for her to breathe. Then, she moved again. I smiled, maybe she was alive after all! but mom looked horrified.

"oh no," she said, I looked at her, but mom didn't even meet my gaze. Silena moved again, then again. But something was wrong, she wasn't moving just like that. She was scared. Everybody backed away, and then she started screaming. Not saying anything, just screaming. I thought she was in ain, but then she started to cry. I stepped forward, but mom held me back. Everybody except dad stared at her, her face was tear-streaked. 

"Zoe, don't" Mom said, "you'll see what she does,"
