"He isn't with you, is he?" Mom panicked, I looked at the others, Silena was looking at me, but when she realized that I was just as confused, she turned to the others, Lily looked at me too but was turned down when the realization dawned. 

Mom got off the floor and sat down on the couch, her face in her hands,

"Where is Luke?" She asked us,

"W-we thought he was with y-you" I replied, the glares from Silena, Albus, Lily and James made me realize I wasn't helping. Silena asked,

"can we use the phone, please?"

"Yes" Dad replied, then rushed to the dining room, Silena rushed to the landline and started tapping her foot impatiently as she waited for someone to pick up. 

"Hello?" She asked the receiver, after a few more seconds, her face dropped even more. With a shaky hand, she put the phone back on its stand. She opened her mouth to say something, but closed it without saying anything.

"Zoe follow me," She said and rushed to her room. I didn't have a choice, so I did. Lily, Albus, and James also tagged along.

"Wait, I don't want them to be put into danger because of this" She said, vaguely waving her hand over the Potter's. 

"Puh-lease, you don't even know how much trouble we've gotten into" Albus said, Silena sighed and rushed over to her desk. She pulled out a notebook and a pen and started scribbling something. After a while, I asked,

"What did the receiver say?"

"Luke's been kidnapped" She whispered to me. All my hopes of him coming home later collapsed.

"What do we do?" I asked her, she nervously bit her nails. She fidgeted with her hair when she was nervous, because she didn't care if it looked like a crow's nest, but she never bit her nails. 

"I don't know that yet, but if the person who called us kidnapped him, they aren't very far. If they did call us, they had to be in the lobby. We have to go now" She told me,

"we're coming too" James said,

This whole thing was too much pressure, I didn't know where Luke was, who he was with, or if he was even alive. I couldn't let myself think like that, so I started fidgeting. I didn't notice I was biting my nails, until a sharp pain caused me to stop. I explained everything to them. and told Lily to help me find Luke

"We're coming too" James said,

"I don't have time to argue, so sure. But Lily, you're too young. You're staying and telling mum and dad where we are" I told her, she nodded miserably, but stayed. I suddenly felt bad,

"Look, I'm sorry. But you can't get hurt, you have the most important job of them all, okay?" I told her, she nodded again.

"I'm okay, just go find Luke already" She said, James was about to exit using the door, but I stopped him,

"Stop!" I called, he froze,

"what?"

"Mum and dad will see us if we exited from there" I told him, he stepped away from the door as if it was explosive. I grabbed a rope from my cupboard and tied one end to my window. 

"climb down carefully, I'm going first, then Zoe, then James, then Albus" I said, climbing down. After my feet touched the ground, I heard a scream, Zoe's scream.
