THE POOR BOY and the father was left living alone. To them everyday was filled with nothing but sorrow.

People in town hated the young boy because of his looks,

"Look at him! He has a hideous face.."

"I can't even spare him a glance, what an undesirable sight to see!"

cruel-you may think-but these are just the tip of an iceberg. Attacking his appearance did not hurt him as much as the followings..

"I heard that his mother died because of him, he's such a bad luck!"

"Oh poor Mr and Mrs Kim! If only he did not came to life, the two would be living a fairytale."

None of the villagers ever spoke to him- none, only if you exclude situations like "whispering" dirt and nastiness to each other when they see him nearby.

Whenever he was walking in public, as if people were shooting arrows towards the target, they threw unpleasant glances and mutters at him.

He must've been used to it all the hatred, -you might think, but one can never accommodate abhorrence.
