The world was settling in as the sky people were integrated into wolf culture, some went willingly, some lept at the oportunity, some still fought the move from their home.

What was once known as the sky's Ark and Arcadia were deemed Hom'an Sohr or "Home of Suns" in the sky language, nicknamed "Sun Lodge" by the natives still occupying the camp.

Many members of the Riders and their companions moved into the metal castle to began working with the humans that still called it home, the higher ranking members staying close to the city.

It had been several weeks since the shooting and Titus had been locked in an actual cage since, upholding some of his duties and being taken care of for the most part. Still being locked up for treason.

"It's nice to see you outside, Cap'n." Octavia smiled wide as you approached her with leisure.
She had assorted decorated braids and symbolic face paint. She wore a dark sash over her armour, with the rider's sigil on it.

"You're still looking a little pale." She teased as she wiped her eye.

Sadly, she had to leave Laiah in the village with her Rider, but she had been tending to La'ika since coming back with Ash'on. Seeing you so weak while healing was hard for her so you hadn't seen her all that much.

You had been seeing more of her since you had started walking around. Leksa was wary of letting you wonder around too much. Clarke hadn't cleared you to ride your wolf yet and you didnt have a lot of reasons to venture the capitol city.

"The sun feels nice." You say, allowing yourself another deep breath of fresh air. "How goes the move?"

"It's working out pretty well, we have almost everyone fuctioning at home. I think they're even warming up to me." She smirked.

Since Octavia joined your army the humans have looked down to her, although they respected her new title around her underlings. You smiled at the thought of them getting over their petty ways for a softer way of life.

"How is your brother?" You ask, knowing he was having a tough time being away from his sister for long periods.

She had duties as everyone else does now.

"He's great." She shrugged. "He really gets along with Bodhi. It's a little weird. I never thought of Bell as a blacksmith but he's not that bad at it."

"(Y/n)." Octavia was interupted by a familiar voice.

"What are you doing all the way out here?" Clarke asked walking over to where the two of you were talking.

"Absolutely nothing, Doctor." You teased. "I wanted some air, some sun, to hear the city."

"That's all good for you right now. You've been inside long enough, but you still need to take it easy. Okay?" She smiled.

"Tonk'ka, Klark."

She walked off letting you finish your meeting with Octavia.

"Any worries in the city?"

"Nothing much." The new rider shrugged. "Some drunken fights the other night some of our guys broke it up. Heda put seven or eight of us on night gaurd and a couple open hands joined to. Something to do for the ones that don't sleep."

"You are on this guard then?"

"I've gone with them a couple times. I try to stay out of Heda's way." She admitted.

"Lai'ka?" You ask.

Octavia smirked before whistling very loudly.

This was a signal, as the wolf creature trotted out from behind tent flaps.

"Sometimes Lexa's men give me weird looks for walking her through the city, and the tent isn't as hot as it is out here." She explained as the dog paid her little mind.

Your beloved creature met you timidly, understanding that you weren't feeling well at all times. She chose to lay at your feet as you watched the people pass by.
Octavia worked around you quietly, maintaining some conversation as she upheld her duties.

Many of the riders came to pay respects, wish you wellness, and catch up with you.

Hours passed by while sat around, watching the city and people move and breathe. You were reminded of childhood.
Long before you were a leader, you were a mere princess.
You spent whole days studying, dancing, playing. Somedays you spent just sitting and watching the townsfolk or the royal staff.

A few times you had sat still in the forests, watching the critters that would pass through on their travels. Nothing is truly motionless.

"You are at peace." Leksa noticed as she combed your hair.

The two of you were getting ready for bed, having gotten a bath and set aside your work.

"As are you." You sigh contently. "It is nice."

"Our work is not done here. Sometimes I fear it may never be done." She admits softly, massaging your head.

"Someday, it will." You assured her. "If not, we can die fighting for it just the same."

She chuckles as she pulls the covers up over your legs.

"You fight well, Ai hodness. Sleep well." Leksa concludes in a warm-tone. "Now is not the time to think of your peace war. Tomorrow will be new."

"Rest well, Ai hodness."
