Chapter Twelve - The Morning After

I wake up early the next morning. In the soft light of the early morning, I see that Jimin and Hoseok are still sleeping deeply. I slowly and quietly make my way down to the foot of the bed, so that I can get up without disturbing them. I pull my nightie down as much as I can.

I slowly open the door. I am grateful that it doesn't creak this time.

Maybe I can make it back to the bunk room before anyone notices where I was?

I tip toe out of the room, hopeful that I won't find anyone in the living area.

I stop short as I notice that Jin is still on the couch. He is wide awake, looking at me, with puzzled frown.

"Good morning, Y/N! Did you sleep well?"

"Uh, yes. Ummm...better away from Joonie's snoring!"

"Oh, is that why you were in Jimin and Hobi's room?"

"Of course...." I become flustered as I notice Jin's eyes are now on my bare legs, and I can see a glint of something....that looks a lot like desire...in his eyes.

I try to pull my nightie down, but am unsuccessful, as it just ends up riding further up. Jin is now smirking. I continue, "The long couch was..... occupied. The other couches are too short for me. I suppose you want to get going...I'll go wake Yunki up."

Jin shakes his head out of his visual engagement with my upper thighs. "Okay, I'll pack something for our breakfast, so that we can leave sooner. Meet you out at the dock."

When I enter the bunk room, Yunki is already up and sorting through his bag. When he sees me, he walks over to me and wraps his arms around me in a long hug, nuzzling my neck. "I missed you so much last night. Did you find a quiet place to sleep?"

"Yes."

"Y/N, you smell so good in the morning," he mumbles, while still attached to me.

I linger for awhile in the hug, reluctant to leave Yunki's arms. When I pull away, I say, "Jin is up and getting our breakfast ready to take with us."

I am suddenly aware of what I must smell like....I continue, "I need to have a quick wash before I get dressed."

After I am finished in the bathroom, I choose long pants, a tank top and hoodie out of my bag, and get dressed. I then put on my Fila hat and sunglasses.

After I get dressed, Yunki looks at me with a surprised expression on his face.

"What's wrong?", I say.

"Well, we are going to be on the boat. I thought you might want to wear a bikini or something. Well, I was hoping..."

I blush. "Oh, I burn easily and the sun can be strong in the morning. Sorry to disappoint you...."

"That's okay, but maybe you could make it up to me later?"

"How about I put my bikini on, underneath my clothes?"

"Good idea."

So I go back into the bathroom to remove my clothes, put my two-piece bathing suit on, and put my clothes back on.

When Yunki and I arrive at the dock, Jin is already waiting for us. "Finally, it took you long enough to get dressed."

I reply, "Sorry Jin. I had to get dressed twice because I forgot to put my bikini on underneath my clothes."

Jin audibly clears his throat. "Okay.....Ummmm....let's go!"

When we get to the dock, I see that there is a rather small, four-seated motor boat. Yunki and I board the boat where Jin is already waiting for us, in the driver's seat. He has packed the boat with fishing poles and other supplies. The morning sun is warm and bright in the cloudless sky. I quickly realize that I am overdressed, but decide to bear it for the time being.
