Chapter Three - In the Kitchen

The elevator doors open and Yunki allows me to walk out ahead of him. I am in the entry way of a large, bright and modern apartment. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room area are before me. Immediately, the cooking smells tempt my nose and I look towards the kitchen area. A familiar male figure, with wide shoulders and a narrow waist, is standing by the stove, busily stirring and sautéing.

"Hello?"

He turns around and looks at me and I see the devastatingly handsome face of none other than Kim Seokjin.

Jin gasps with surprise, "Oh!"

Yunki walks over to Jin and says, "Calm down hyung. Do you have enough food for one more? This is Y/N and she will be staying for dinner. "

I walk over to Jin and he says, "Of course, sorry I was startled! I didn't expect to see a pretty girl in the apartment. Nice to meet you Y/N, I'm Jin." And he blows me a kiss.

"Nice to meet you Jin. Do you blow a kiss to every person you meet?"

Jin replies, "No, just to pretty girls."

Yunki comes to my side and slips his arm possessively around my waist. I automatically lean into his arm and shoulder, despite my astonishment at the tingling feeling of his unexpected touch. My feelings are betrayed by the colour in my cheeks.

Yunki says to Jin, "You better watch it because I met her first".

Jin raises his eyebrows at Yunki and turns around to the stove, continuing his cooking.

I look at Yunki, who is grinning at me with his half-smile, half smirk. But instead of smiling back, I am a little disconcerted. I know this is Suga of BTS but I actually met the guy only a few hours ago, and he is already being jealous and possessive? While I am flattered at the attention, I do not like being controlled. I am reluctant to leave his side, but to show him what's what, I pull away and go over to Jin's side and ask him what he's cooking and if he would like any help.

Jin gives Yunki a quick smirk and then replies, pointing out the food, "This here is kimchi stew, and over here I am making japchae, a steak and noodle dish. We are trying to eat healthier and have a salad with our meals. Would you mind making the salad?"

Yunki comes into the kitchen and announces, "Y/N and I will make the salad".

Jin: "I'll let you come into my kitchen and make the salad if I can tell Y/N a joke first."

Yunki: "This is not your kitchen, it's our kitchen, " they bicker like the brothers that they are.

"It's my kitchen today because I am cooking dinner."

"Alright, fine, tell your joke."

Jin comes close beside me, looks into my eyes, and grins at me devilishly.

"What happens when you go to the bathroom in France?"

"I don't know," I reply.

"European." And he laughs his familiar laugh. I can't help but giggle along.

Yunki says, "Really man, a bathroom joke while you are cooking dinner?"

"Yeah, but it's hilarious, " Jin replies, defensively.

Yunki says, "Then I've got one for you, Jin. When two people have sex, its a twosome. When three people have sex, its a threesome. Now I know why people call you handsome."

Jin: "What?"

I am laughing like crazy.

Jin remarks, "Now you are telling dirty jokes in front of a lady".

Yunki says, "You are only mad because you don't get it. She got it.   Think about it."

Now it's Jin's turn to become red in the face. He then, abruptly, turns back to his cooking.   

Damn, that Yunki is savage. But that is what I always loved about him.
