After the Peppa pig show got cancelled daddy pig became very angry, bitter and unlikable. He just couldn't understand why the show got cancelled just because he gave his kids beer and cigarettes (beats me honestly, it would've made the show much more interesting). Anyway, mummy pig left him shortly thereafter because they went into a crippling amount of debt after daddy pig would spend all the money they made on heroin and beer and also because they had to move out of their multi million dollar mansion and into council housing because they couldn't pay the bills. She left with George but not Peppa because she never really liked Peppa all that much. After mummy pig left, daddy pig snapped harder than his glasses when he sat on them. He began hoarding alcohol like it was prohibition and, when the money ran out, he would also make Peppa go down to the nearest Aldi and steal some bottles for him. At one point he also decided to start up a moonshine business but that quickly came to a halt after the cops found out and he was sentenced to 5 years. He ended up avoiding jail time altogether though by blaming it all on Peppa, which resulted in her being sent to a juvenile centre for a year. Daddy pig didn't really care though, as long as he had his beer he was happy. When Peppa came back from juvenile she was once again forced to steal alcohol from Aldi for daddy pig, however, this way of living wouldn't go on for much longer.
