•Jimin•
I watch as Y/N and Jungkook make their way towards us. Their hands locked together and gently swinging as they walk. My jaw slightly ticks seeing that. I want to say something but I hold myself back from doing so. "Morning Jimin." She smiles sweetly at me, then greets Evelyn and Yoongi. I once again look down at their hands and then up at Jungkook. He's on his phone while Y/N is saying something Evelyn.
Oh how I want to beat the shit-
My thoughts get off by the bell ringing, signaling its time to go to class. "You good bro?" I hear and look up to see Yoongi looking at me with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah, I'm good." His eyes slightly narrow, but then shrugs it off before walking away. I sigh and start walking to class myself.

Class was finally over. Sitting around Jungkook and Evelyn during lunch was definitely difficult. But I managed to stay calm. As I close my locker, I look over and see Y/N on her phone.
"So I guess you won't be able to today?" A soft sigh escapes her lips as she rolls her eyes. "No, it's fine." I can hear the disappointment in her voice. She must be talking to Jungkook. Wow, he couldn't even tell her face to face. He had to call her this time to basically tell her that he's ditching her. "Ok, I love you too." And then she hangs up the phone.
"Well.. there's go my ride. Guess I'm walking." She mumbles to herself and starts walking towards the doors. "Y/N, wait!" She stops and turns around as I jog up to her. "Are you busy?" I ask, acting like I didn't just listen to her conversation. "No, what's up?"
"You don't have to if you do want to, but I was wondering if you maybe want to hang out?" She thinks for second, letting out a soft hum. "Sure." The smiles she shows is small. "Let's go grab some milkshakes first." I suggest and she nods. "Ok, but I'm buying this time!" She says while pointing a finger at me, causing me to laugh. "Yes ma'am."
We get into my car and I drive to the diner that we went to the other day. When we get out of my car, I quickly walk to the door and open it. "My lady." I say and she giggles. "Why thank you kind sir." She says and I bow, making her giggle again. We sit in the same booth and the older lady from the other day came up to us.
"It's nice to see you two again, what can I start you guys with today?" A kind smile spreads across her face, small lines at the corner of her mouth. I look at Y/N, letting her order first. "Can I get an orange cream shake?" She writes it down and then turns to me. "I'll have a mint chip shake please." And like last time, she went to get the shakes and said she'll be back to take our orders.
A few minuets later she came and took our orders. When she walked away, I turn towards Y/N and she takes a sip of her milkshake. "I think this might be my new favorite place." She says. "Maybe this can be our spot." She nods with a smile.
But then she looks down and sighs. "You ok?" I tilt my head and she looks back up. "I was actually supposed to hang out with Jungkook today, but he ditched like usual." Her lips pout as she plays with the straw in her milkshake. "He's been like this for almost 2 months now. Always cancels last minuet and hasn't been calling me as much anymore."
Yeah, and I probably have a pretty good idea why he has.
After what I saw yesterday, it wouldn't surprise me if that's what he's been doing this whole time. "But he's probably getting ready for soccer for when that starts and he's probably just stressed because of midterms. Hopefully after that, I'll see him more." She says, still looking at her milkshake.
Tell her Jimin..
I think to myself, but my lips stay sealed. "Yeah.." is all I can say. Before I could say anything else, the waitress brings out our food. We both thank her and start to eat. We talked about random stuff while we ate, and when it was time to pay, I went to reach for my wallet.
"Don't even think about it." She glares at me and I hold my hands up, making her laugh. We get up and pay for our food before heading back to my car. "Wanna go to the park for a little bit?" She asks and I nod. "Sure." I drive us to the park and it only takes a few minuets.
We both get out and she walks towards the swings. She sits on one, and I sit on the one next to her. It was quiet for a little bit, and kind of awkward.
Come on Jimin.. say something..
Why can't I bring myself to tell her what I saw yesterday. Is it because I don't want to see her hurt and cry? She's already disappointed as it is, and telling her that would make it worse. Maybe I was just seeing things? No, I know what I saw.
"So do you plan on doing anything over break after midterms?" Her voice cuts my thoughts. "I was probably going to go up to my family's cabin. What about you?" I look up at her and she's looking up at the sky. "Not much. My parents are visiting my brother in Paris for Christmas, and I'm pretty sure Jungkook has plans. So I'll be alone as usual." She sadly sighs.
"If you want, you could come up with me. I'll be going by myself, so it would be nice to have some company." She turns her head towards me and smiles. "I'll think about it." This time, I smile at her and she looks back up at the sky.
As I look at her, I can't help but notice pretty she is. I always thought she was kinda of cute but now that I actually have a good look at her face, she's beautiful. Her dark brown hair reaches all the way down to her mid back. Her eyes are a dark hazel color. Her full lips were a light pink. Her cute little nose and soft cheeks had a light blush to them from the cold air.
"Is there something on my face?" She turns towards me and I quickly look away. "No." I hear her giggle, making me smile. When I look at her again, she's still looking at me with a small smile.
Jungkook is a fucking idiot.
We sat there and talked for hours. She asked me if I wanted to go pro in soccer like Jungkook did after college. I had always thought about it but I like dancing, so I might do that instead. And I asked her about her music. She told me she wants to be a music teacher. I know she plays the violin and piano, so I could definitely see her doing that.
I noticed it was staring to get late, so I told her that I would take her home. Once I stopped in front of her apartment, she looked at me. "We should hang out more. Your my boyfriend's best friend but we never really hung out." I internally roll my eyes at the work boyfriend. "I'd love to. Are you free this weekend?" I ask.
"Yeah. I'm not doing anything." That makes me smile. "Cool. I'll pick you up Saturday morning at 10?" She nods. "Sounds good." And then she step out the car. But before she can close the door, I stop her. "If Jungkook ditches you again and you just wanna hang, don't hesitate to call me." I say and she nods with a giggle. "Ok." She starts to turn but then stops. "Wait, I don't have your number." I laugh this time and tell her to give me her phone.
She does and I put my number in it, handing it back to her after. "I'll see you tomorrow at uni." She says and closes the door. I wait for her to walk into her apartment before driving off. A small smile spreads across my face as I think about her.
I think I'm starting to like her.
