Cold. Pale. Lifeless. All the words that described Johanna as she lied in my arms. I checked her pulse but there was none. It had been at least half an hour since she's been shot and I've just been holding her. She's dead. Because of me.

"No, please,NO!" I scream and another flood of years wash over me. I hold her body to me chest. I heard footsteps and I look up to see Katniss and Finnick. Katniss automatically covers her mouth with her hand and Finnick just stands there frozen.

"Help me!" I scream and run my finger tips down her face, trying to sooth her.

"Arias-s, hand her over to m-me" Finnick says while trying not to cry. But he already had tears rushing down his face.

"No. She's not dead. She can't be. I mean she's to strong for this" I whisper and Katniss steps forward.

"Arias, listen to F-Finnick and give Johanna to him" she chokes out. I hand her body over to Finnick and he looks down to her.

"This is all my fault" I whisper and Katniss sits down next to me. She pulls me into a hug.

"No its not. You tried your best" was all she says as Finnick walks away with my best friend.

"How do you feel?" Finnick asks as he walks into our room. I have been in bed the past three days.

"Horrible" I tell him and rollover so I was facing the wall.

"I'm sorry" he whispers in my ear and I sigh. I turn around and stare at him.

"All I feel is gulity. I told Gale that she was practically hi-jacked!" I shout and get up. But everyone didn't understand. All they felt was grief.

"I lost my friend! My only friend! And she can't come back" I scream and break down. I dropped on the floor and let all the tears I've been holding back the past three days go. I felt arms wrap around me and hug me. I lean into Finnick and I realized something. He doesn't feel grief.

He feels guilty too.
