A week had unexpectedly gone by and I am slowly getting used to Moon Bin's presence with us. I could even tell that the wall I tried to build was slowly crumbling because as time goes by, it feels like we never really parted. He was still the same Moon Bin, the teasing Steamed Bun I met in second grade.
Uncle and Auntie were out grocery shopping for us today and Sanha was dragged by Jeha to help him buy clothes for a friend's upcoming birthday party. Unfortunately, Moon Bin didn't have any plans for the day and so did I.
Sighing as I decided to go down to grab some chips or anything to eat, I was only greeted by an empty shelf.
"Steamed Bun! You ate all of the snacks again?!" I complained, walking over to where he sat on the sofa. "Sanha did too." He replied, not even sparing me a glance as he shoved his hand down the nearly empty bag of chips.
"Hey! Leave some for me then!" I frowned, stomping towards him as I flopped on the sofa and snatched the bag out of his grasp. "Hey! I was eating that!" He complained, taking the bag back but it was already empty.
I smirked at him, cockily chewing loudly as I stared him in the eyes. "Listen. Never interfere if it's about food." He warned, slamming the bag down the sofa before staring back into my eyes.
"Oh, yeah? Why is that?" I asked, sliding towards the very end of the sofa as he began to close the gap in between our faces. "I'm not afraid to go through such extent to get them back." He glared, letting our noses touch, much to my surprise.
"Uh... Let's see about that when Uncle sees the clips from the CCTVs!" I gasped, pushing him back before running inside Sanha's room, face beet red.
"What?! Where? Yah!"
Clutching my chest as I fell down the carpeted floor of my room, I couldn't help but feel my heart racing at the thought of his lips nearly touching mine.
'You're the absolute worst! Why am I still strongly drawn to you?!'
