/12 years later/

"Denks?" Kirishima's voice called from the kitchen of our quaint but large three bedroom apartment.

"Hm?" I looked up from my game and walked out to the kitchen. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah... I just wanted a kiss-" He pouted and I laughed.

"You're such a baby-" I kissed him and he grabbed my waist, pulling me in and grinning. "Hey-"

"Ewww!" A small voice called out, peeking from behind the counter. I smiled at the familiarity.

"What's wrong, honey?" I turned to see my daughters beautiful gap toothed grin.

"Mama and Papa keep smooching!" She laughed.

"Do you want a kiss too?" Kirishima grinned.

"Ewww no-" She made a yuck face before Kirishima ran after her, laughter filling the room before he lifted her and kissed her cheeks and forehead.

Two years ago Kirishima and I adopted a little girl, her name Pippa. She had freckles and honey blonde hair. We didn't know her quirk yet... But two years had gone by so quickly and it felt like we had her forever. We both fuffiled our dreams of becoming heroes though low key ones we were still popular you could say. We got engaged after highschool and married that summer. Life had been bliss since. I wanted nothing more than to cuddle with my family, including Mochi who was now an old lady as Pippa would say.

"Mama I want kisses from you too!" Pippa ran over to me, reaching up her chubby little hands for me to lift her up. I complied, picking her up and holding her in my arms and kissing her forehead with an over exaggerated, "Mwah!". She giggled sweetly and hugged my arm. "I want snack!" She bounced and planted little kisses on my arm.

"Okay, princess." I smiled and held her close, walking to the fridge and getting her some chocolate pudding which was her favorite. She squealed in excitement as I set her down at the table and gave it to her with a plastic spoon. Kirishima wrapped his arm around my waist and rested his head on mine.

Not a day went by that I didn't think of Midoriya, him often finding his ways into my dreams. Its as if he would visit me there and we could hang out. Just like old times.

Oh, and Bakugo had held the number one hero spot for about six years in a row. After about a year he finally approached us and apologized for his past actions. The bakusquad grew closer than before and even now we made sure to take at least a few days out of the month to hang out as a group. Mina and Sero actually ended up together and so did Momo and Jiro. Other than that everyone was involved in undisclosed relationships. Except for Bakugo. He actually told us that he wouldn't date anyone ever. It was strange but everyone just rolled with it.

I watched Pippa eat her pudding at record speed, getting more on her face than into her mouth.

"Look! I finished it all!" She laughed and banged on the table, Kirishima quickly cleaning up the chocolate mess. We made sure to make time as a family, taking weekends off and working opposite schedules so at least one of us were here with her during the day. She would be starting school soon... She was turning four in three months. It was weird to see her grow up so quickly. Kirishima and I made time for each other as well, having little date nights at least once a month. My life was going... Surprisingly well. It was weird to think that I was planning on dying back then... But if I had to choose between my beautiful family and my life I would give myself in an instant. I had something to live for and that was my husband and my little girl who I loved so dearly. Denki Kirishima, the Hanhaki survivor, the hero, and the father. I loved everything about my life even at the times it was hard.

Kirishima tossed the chocolate covered napkin into the trash as Pippa stood up, walking over to her little coloring table and beginning to hum and color in a hero coloring book, pointing out and coloring any one that she saw "Mama and papa" in. Kirishima swept me into a quick but loving kiss before smiling and nuzzling my nose.

"Love you, baby." He pecked my cheek before going back to the kitchen. He had been an experimenting cook this week. I walked back into mine and Kiri's room before turning off my game console, walking back out and sitting on the floor next to my daughter.

"Mama wanna draw?" She held a purple crayon out to me and I nodded, smiling lovingly. We worked together on a picture of All Might. "'Dawwing for Mr. Scary!" She smiled and hummed a TV tune to herself. She lovingly called Bakugo "Mr. Scary"

"I'll give it to him when I see him next?" I grinned and she nodded, swaying her head back and forth in a little dance as she scribbled in Bakugo's hair pink. I glanced to see Kirishima burning something in a pan and staring at us with a cheesy grin. "Kirishima, honey the food-" He jumped and looked down, mumbling "Shit" and dumping it in the trash. I laughed to myself and looked out the window, staring at the city sky line. A pink tint grazed the horizon as the blue fell into hazy purple, noting that it was nearly sunset. I smiled to myself, tilting my head back and thinking of far we had come. I knew that things would be good as long as I had my family and my friends by me. I was gonna be alright.
