This is before the movie
It's was a glorious day for the trolls, because Queen Lily gave birth to a princess. Nurse Rosiepuff was on her way to the royal pod with her grandson, Branch.
Peppy: Ah, Rosie. Good to see you.
Rosiepuff: Good to see you, too.
Peppy: And, I'm guessing this young man is Branch.
Branch: Y-yes, sir.
Rosiepuff: Now, Branch. No need to be so nervous. So, how's the baby?
Lily: *holding Poppy* She's just fine. I just put her to sleep ten minutes ago.
Rosiepuff: She looks healthy and happy.
Peppy: That's a great thing.
Branch couldn't help but look at the little princess. She looked so cute & peaceful in her sleep.
Lily: Branch?
Branch: !! Y-yes?
Lily: Would you like to hold her?
Branch: I-is that really ok?
Rosie: You can do it, Branch. I've taught you before.
Branch: O-ok......
Lily carefully places Poppy into his arms as he hold her a bit tightly so she won't fall out of his arms. Little Poppy moved in his arms a bit. With a little yawn from the baby, she starts to wake up. As they locked eyes for the very first time, she started giggling. Branch felt his heart soar as she smiled.
Peppy: She seems to really like you, Branch.
Branch: Really?
Lily: Of course. And if you like, you can babysit her.
Branch: Can I?
Rosie: It's fine with me. I have other patients to work with.
Branch: Then, ok! I'd love to do it!
Branch softly pokes her cheek. Making her giggle more, she grabs his finger with her little hand and squeezes it.
Branch: !! *smiles and thinks: I'll protect you no matter what, Princess Poppy*
