Remus was walking through the corridor, reading Hogwarts: A History when a Hufflepuff girl walked up to him.
"Hi Remus!" she exclaimed, catching him off guard.
"Umm, hi? Do I know you?" he asked, trying to remember if he knew her or not.
"I don't think so, I'm Marie, I'm a fifth year," she said.
"Ok umm, nice to meet you Marie," Remus said, trying to walk around her.
"You know, I've been thinking, you're pretty cute and I think you should go to Hogsmeade with me," she said, stepping forward so she was right in front of him.
"Y-you think I'm cute?" Remus asked, still trying to find a way around her.
"Yes I really do," she said.
She started to lean forward, trying to kiss him.
Before either of them could do anything Sirius came up behind Remus. He grabbed his hand, licked his cheek, and said, "I licked it! It's mine!"
When he had dragged him far enough away he got quite the scolding from Remus, which resulted in him ignoring Sirius for the rest of the day.
