After my First Class with Miss Amanda the bell rung for the second hour and I stood up to get direction for my next class.
"Alex and Anie you both should wait behind" she informed before totally dismissing the class. Everyone started leaving the class but Alex and I were approaching miss Manda now for whatever reason she asked us to wait behind for.
As I was making my way to her, someone hit me and I have a feeling it was intentional because I perceived the perfume I smelt earlier. Just as I confirmed my suspicions, I regained my balance before falling again to look at the devil herself. I mean what in the hell is wrong with her, who in the hell does she think she is to be raising my temper.
Take it easy Anie, you do not want to loose your temper first day of school.
"Opss, sorry baby girl, I didn't see you there" she says with that high pitched voice of hers and with a sick smile spreading across her face and battling her stupid and fake eyelashes at me.
"Oh no it's okay, as long as you get your eyes checked" I say with equal sarcasm and a fake smile on my face. I just huffed and rolled my eyes and made an attempt to start walking over to Miss Manda's table.
I didn't bother checking the chicks reaction but I'm pretty sure she's in shock with the way I stood up for myself. Like C'mon, I can't just get walked all over. Again, who in the world does she think she is. I mentally rolled my eyes again at her. I don't even know her name yet she keeps looking for my trouble.
Trust me I have my own madness but no one, absolutely no one should even try to bully me or make me dance to their tunes. And I won't be able to stand it if I see anybody getting bullied, not after what happened to me in back in Nigeria.....
"Hey, so how was the class?" Miss Amanda asks bringing me out of my thoughts.
"It was nice considering my first time actually" Alex says
"Me too" I replied.
"Good to know, so I asked you both to wait because I need to show you to your lockers" she tells us as she clears the table. "Please follow me"
We followed her outside the classroom and I offered to help carry some things she was holding, I asked for permission to use the bathroom and told Alex to ask where my locker is so that I don't keep her waiting. He agreed and I turned around to look for the restroom myself without asking for directions.
Just before I turned to the sign that says
'girls restroom' I heard a loud thud coming from the farther hallway. You could say curiosity got the best of me because the next thing I knew I was right there and my jaw was reaching the floor. And then again, for the first time in a while I got flashes and my feet went numb along with the other parts of my body. Those flashes, I see them again, the.. the ones where he...he harrased me. Oh my God, Who is David. I can't remember. I mutter to my self. I'm already panicking and sweating. I have no idea what just happened in my brain but what is happening in front of me just made me recover part of my memory loss. I started suffering from them after the unfortunate accident that happened back in Nigeria.
But right here in front of me is that boy in class. What was his name again? Jason? Yes it's Jason!! He's the one trying..trying to molest that girl in front of the locker.
Anger and adrenaline rushed in my blood. What does he think he is doing, Who is this girl cause she doesn't look like a whore or anything. She looks scared out of her mind and she glances around as if to look for help. Finally her eyes meet mine and that was when my brain to start working again.
Her eyes are swollen for crying and her face is stained with tears.
