"Hey alie" I say timidly.
His cheeks flushed in embarrassment at the mention of that name. He really doesn't like it when I say it . I've given him that name since when we were eight years but he says it's like a girls nickname and that it's also embarrassing, especially when I say it in front of his friends or in 'public'. But seriously, I don't see what's bad in the name. It's so cute. I like teasing him about it, his reaction makes me laugh.
He looked around to make sure nobody heard me saying that. But I think he forgot that someone is standing right in front of him. I almost started laughing if not for the stupid situation here right now."Do.Not.Call.Me.That anie poo". Oh no he did not just call me that. I guess it's my turn to be embarrassed. Of all the names, did it have to be 'anie poo'.
"Don't you dare call me that, what type of name is even that! I promise if you call me that name again, I'd shove a stick up your beautiful ass"
"You can't do nothing sassy anie!"
"Oh really, wanna try me?" I tried to charge at him by trying to scratch is little cute face. Cute my ass! But instead someone just had to stop me. He is really infuriating. Ahhhh!!
"Enough! Stop it. Why are guys arguing" Jacie interfered by holding me back "It's just a silly nickname. Alex right?" she asked and he nodded
"You don't have to be angry with her just because of a name" she says silently "So you two should better stop fighting now before I squeeze your ears! I don't like it when people fight"
"But she started it" Alex argued and I have him a scowl in return.
"Did not" I replied, knowing I actually started it but I was looking for his trouble . It didn't have to go that far by calling me a name that is so much better than 'Alie'.
"Did to"
"Did not"
"Did to"
"Did not"
"Did t-"
He was interrupted by Jacie again. "Are you guys even sure you are siblings? Enough of everything I'm hungry can we go eat"
"Yeah sure why not where's the cafeteria?" I asked
"I'll show you, C'mon". I wonder what type of food they give here. I'm not really used to american dishes. It's not as if I won't still eat them, I just want to like take it little by little. Mum has been trying to cook some new dishes from a particular website on her laptop, but I haven't been trying it out; only Alex. He says it's good, but I still want to take my time.
"You ain't going nowhere until you tell me where you have been" Alex whispered after pulling me back from walking to the cafeteria with jacie. I don't think she knows I'm no longer following her.
"Alex, I promise I'll tell you everything when we get home" I looked to check if jacie was still in the hall, I don't want to loose track of her. "So now can we go eat? Jacie has already gone". At first he looked confused she I said 'Jacie' but then I think he realized who I was talking about.
"So her name is jacie huh" he asked not so directly to me " She's adorable" he blushed. Look who's got a crush first day of school.
"Yeah her name is Jacie, let's go!! I'm starving" I groan in frustration. Jacie was about to turn to a corner, I think that's the cafeteria. So I jogged to meet her before she even had the chance to open the door.
"Hey" I said trying to catch my breath from jogging.
"Hi" she replied, confusion written over her face. Yeah, she didn't realize I was gone for like two minutes.
