Ansel Alexander Renaldy

I woke up in the morning and I was surprise to see the clock on my phone. I am late, and I've never been late before. Well, I'm not that late yet but in my personal schedule I'm already late, means that I had to take a shower a little faster than I used to, and move a little faster.

I slept an hour longer than I used to, maybe it's because I still feel a little tired from the wedding. Here I am putting on my shirt in my closet while looking at the mirror. I was looking at the mirror and it suddenly reminds me of the marriage,

Woah,  I'm a married man.

And I haven't take the ring off my finger since the day we took the vow. It's kinda weird for me to wear a ring, and I've never thought about wearing one before, but look at me now.

I got everything with me then make my way out of my bedroom. I was in a rush until I smell the smell of coffee, the smell of it is way too good for a hectic morning. When I get into the kitchen I see two cups of coffee with two croissants on the plate and of course Sabrina, she is sitting in front of the island table with her phone on.

"Hi, morning," she said once she realized that I'm here.

"We didn't have anything to eat, so I went to a coffee shop this morning," she said to me as I'm watching her sitting comfortably in my kitchen.

"You went jogging this morning?" I asked her because judging from the way she dressed yes, she just finished working out.

"Yeah," she said.

"You know we do have a gym in this building right?" I asked her then she nodded.

"I know but I like to take a walk outside," she said.

I didn't know that she's kinda sporty, well of course you don't Ansel, you just barely know her.

"Anyway I'm so late thank you for this but I'm taking it away," I said to her then she nodded.

"Okay, I'll see you later," she said.

Never think that having her around can be a little helpful, if she's not here I would've gone to work with empty stomach this morning. Even though I don't know what coffee did she order for me but as long as it's coffee I'm fine with it.

I drove all the way to the office and arrived on time, it all went just normal. I got into my office room and finally I gotta sit on my comfy seat, I take a sip of my coffee and didn't expect that a coffee from a random coffee shop can taste pretty good.

I began to read the case that I'm handling right now until a figure caught my eyes, I look up at the window in my room and found that my grandpa is in the office. I suddenly remember that today is Monday and probably the first day of the month, that's what makes him here. I ignore him and get back to the case.

Thinking about reading, it suddenly reminds me of last night when Sabrina asks me if I read or not. It surprised me that she likes to read a book, I know that she is a dentist which probably have read thousands of books and journals, but I didn't expect she's into some fictional stories.

A knock on the door pulled me back to reality I look up and see my grandpa is standing in front of my room.

"Come in," I said before he brought himself in with a goofy smile like he always did.

"Hey my boy," he said, trying to sound like a cool dad these days but it didn't actually work, he only makes him look funny.

"Didn't you just got married yesterday?" He asks as my eyes still stick to the paper on my desk.
