8. A good night's sleep....together

Percy' POV

"This looks awful" said Mr. Chase

"This looks like a disaster" said Mrs. Chase

"This looks just perfect" Bobby and Mathew said, jumping with the joy of destroying my room.

Annabeth gave them a death glare and yelled at them, "Shut up Bobby and Mathew. Why did you do that to Percy's room? It took me so long to design and decorate this room, and you just destroyed it in a few minutes. Why did you do this?" As she finished, tears started filling her eyes. I got behind her and gently rubbed her shoulder and whispered, "Hey, Calm down. Don't be angry. They are just kids. They don't know what is right or wrong."

As I finished, she turned snuggled herself in my chest. I could feel her tears. I gave an annoyed look to Bobby and Mathew and gestured them to say sorry. They understood me. They hugged Annabeth from behind and said, "Sorry Annabeth. We will not do this again, we promise."

Annabeth turned around and hugged them and said, "You are the best brothers anyone could get." They were overjoyed when Annabeth complimented them. Both Mr. and Mrs. Chase were smiling at this scene, having a tear in their eye. Annabeth was indeed getting along with her family.

"Now, where will Percy sleep?" Mr. Chase said with a hand rubbing his chin.

"Well" I said, "I can sleep in the couch until the bed is fixed. Meanwhile Annabeth and I can fix the rest of the room."

"The problem is, our carpenter is out of station and won't return until next month. I will try to find any other well known carpenter. But the bed would take at least a week to be fixed. In fact, I am not sure if it can be fixed at all as the leg has been broken into half. Can you manage in a couch for so long?"

"We...We can share bed." Annabeth blurted out, instantly blushing. "I mean since we have no other room for Percy to stay and the couch is quite uncomfortable to sleep." I blushed too.

"Yes you can" Said Mr. Chase "BUT, NO MONKEY BUSINESS. And Percy, I am not expecting another kid in my life, these two are enough. REMEMBER THAT". Bobby and Mathew grinned.

I must have been too nervous to anything and just said, "Yes, of course." Although the room Annabeth built for me was fully destroyed, yet this helped me to sleep with Annabeth. I gave a smile to Annabeth. She smiled back. Her face was still red.

"Well if that's settled, let's head towards dinner." Mrs. Chase said, "And Percy, we believe in you. Don't let us down" She gave me a warm smile and I nodded.

Mrs. Chase cooked Spaghetti. It was good, but not as overwhelming as the blue version. After dinner, Mrs. Chase said "Bobby and Mathew take a shower. Percy and Annabeth, take a shower SEPARETLY."

As we approached the stairs, we saw Bobby and Mathew, watching TV." I told Annabeth, "You continue, I will follow you."

As I approached bobby and Mathew, they turned around and said, "Sorry Percy" their faces dropped.

I pulled up a smile and said, "Hey, you do not need to say sorry. Cheer up. In fact, I came here to say thank you. Only for what you did, I can spend more time with Annabeth. So, thank you."

"So you are not mad at us?"Bobby said eagerly staring at me. "You will not scold us?"

I said with a sigh, "No"

"Yayyyyyy" they screamed with joy. I smiled and ran towards Annabeth's room.

As I got in, she was still in the shower. I sat on the bed, waiting for her. As I kept my hands on the side, I felt something. When I turned to see, I blushed, really hard this time. It was Annabeth's pair of bra.

"Percy" She screamed from the shower "Is there...uh...something on the bed?"

"I think so"

"Can you please...uh...pass it to me?"

"Su-su-sure." I grabbed the bra from the straps and handed it to Annabeth from the small opening of the shower room door she made. She took it hesitantly.

After a while she came out in her CHB orange t-shirt and pj shorts. She looked just great. I was just staring at her. She blushed when she noticed I was staring at her with my mouth open. She said, "Seaweed brain, it's your turn to shower. Go."

I smiled at her, grabbing my towel. It took me only 5 minutes to shower. Apparently, I didn't need a towel though. I willed the water to go off me and I was instantly dry. When I got out of the shower, Annabeth was combing her hair. She saw me in the mirror and smiled. She was so cute. I got behind her a wrapped my arms around her, my chin resting on her shoulder. I whispered to her ears, "are you ready for our first night together?"

"No I am not; sleep in the couch seaweed brain." Annabeth said with a serious look.

I released her and crossed my arms as I said, bewildered, "What? Then why did you ask your parents if I could sleep with you. Wait, you were just joking about it. I had been waiting so eagerly for this moment. That's not fair Annabeth."

She broke out laughing as I finished. She said while in the middle of laughs, "You are such a Seaweed brain. Of course I am ready for this night. I was playing with you. Why will I joke about such an important moment? In fact, I was also excited about this night."

As she said, I pressed my lips into hers. She was really excited about today. I could feel it by the way she was kissing me. "I love you wise girl." I said in the middle of kisses. "I love you too Seaweed brain" Annabeth said.

I pulled out to catch my breath. I picked up Annabeth in bridal style. At first, she was fidgeting, but she became calm after a while and seemed to enjoy my presence. I lay her down on her bed and hopped in the other side. I pulled towards her towards me and we began kissing again. I got my hand inside her t shirt and was rubbing her belly gently. She was so soft.

After kissing, she snuggled her head in my chest so that her yellow hair was in my nose. I enjoyed the lemon shampoo smell from her hair. Her breath became softer and I understood she had gone to sleep. I pulled her out for once to see her face. She looked cute and had a smile in her face. I placed her back to my chest and wrapped her arms around her. "Good night Wise girl" I said before drifting into sleep. 

Yeahhhh. chapter 9 is finished. i felt so romantic while writing this. review pls. i did as i promised. today's date is 04.08.2020. wait for the next part which will be published on 07.08.2020. till then....
