She waited till the gas cleared enough for her to walk through without passing out. She sprinted towards the place where their picnic was, only to see Daisy, Mario and Luigi passed out.
Peach is missing.
This must have been Bowser's work, Bellflower thought. She quickly bent over to check if her friends still had a pulse. She thanked the gods that all her friends were still alive, just passed out.
"Guards!" she cried out out. A few moments passed and a group of guard toads showed up.
"Take them to the hospital wing," Bellflower ordered. They nodded, and started to drag them away. One of the toads stayed behind with her.
"Royal adviser Bellflower, who will save Princess Peach," the toad worried. Bellflower looked at her options. Wait for Mario and Luigi to wake up and get them to save the princess, or...
She looked at the toad with determination,"I'll go,"
The toad looked at her with shock as she started to walk towards the woods. He quickly caught up with her as she bent over to pick up an orange backpack. Daisy's hidden backpack that she keeps up to date for a surprise adventure. It had things she would need on her trip to the Darklands.
"But, but, who will take care of the kingdom?" the toad questioned.
"Daisy will,"
"Adviser, are you sure of this?" the toad asked, worried for her.
Bellflower looked towards the Koopa Kingdom, seeing how far it was.
"Yes, yes I am,"
