"You will stay, guards take Peach back," Bowser decided. Bellflower let out a breath she didn't know she was holding in. She took this time to look around Bowser's castle. It was made out of grey stones, had a royal red carpet with gold lines on the sides that lead to the doors and the Throne. From the ceiling hung dark red banners with Bowser's logo in a darker shade of red. They were glass windows with lit torches around. From the ceiling hung black, simple chandeliers with white wax candles lit on them.
Bellflower heard feet walking down the stairs and saw Peach, who was in perfect condition. Peach still hadn't noticed Bellflower's presence and glared at Bowser with her arms folded.
"What do you want?" she spat. Bowser simply nodded his head in Bellflower direction. Peach's eyes widened. She ran down the stairs as Bellflower ran up to meet her. Peach gripped Bellfower's arms.
"What are you doing here?!" Peach asked. Bellflower looked the other way.
"You're going home," Bellflower said.
"What? How?" Peach asked, confused.
"She took your place," Bowser answered. Peach looked back to see Bowser sitting on his throne with wide eyes, realizing what was happening. She turned back to Bellflower.
"What?! No! Bellflower, you can't! There has to be another way!" Peach yelled. Bellflower shook her head.
"There isn't. She has convinced me, the deal is done," Bowser growled. He waved his hand as koopa troopas started to march towards the couple.
Peach held onto Bellflower, wanting to take her with her, but Bellflower knew they had to and stayed in her place. The koopas grabbed a hold of Peach and tore them apart. Peach reached out for her friend as she was carried off the Mushroom Kingdom by force.
Bellflower was left standing there in the throne room, alone with the king, hoping she made the right decision.
