Kat's POV

So, here I am. Falling to the ground, at the insane speed of light. I mean, I could do almost anything else, and yeah, I can survive but you know what?

I blasted Vulture with my powers, sending him crashing in a billboard. You might wanna put me on WatchMojo's Top 10 Stupidest People. Now I'm falling even faster, and have a high chance of snapping my back in half. Joy.

"I got you, Kat!" Peter yells as a web stuck on me, and Peter tugs me back safely on the ground, or well in his arms, and then we topple down.

"Thanks, Peter." I smile. Vulture recovers, and spreads his wings, and prepares for takeoff. Peter shoots his web and swings onto the billboard, but narrowly misses Vulture, who flies away. Spider-Man shoots his web directly at Vulture, latching on, as he flies away. He takes me by the waist and both of us are sent flying after Vulture.

We quickly arrive at a building, and Vulture checks behind him but misses us who is hanging from a web attached to his back.

"Ah! Whoa!" Peter whispers-yells. As Vulture goes higher and higher up, the night view of New York City gets smaller and smaller under our feet. Vulture manages to fly to the bottom of the plane and hold on. We bump into the plane a few times but manage to grab onto it, as the plane soars through the air.

"Oh, my god! Oh, my god!" I whisper, covering my eyes. "I'm scared of heights!" I whisper.

"Don't worry, I'll protect you," Peter replies. The wing suit wraps around Vulture like a shell, and we can barely see Vulture move inside. Peter tries to follow Vulture, after safely webbing me to the side of the plane, but loses his grip and almost falls off the plane.

"Peter! This is not the way to protect me!" I shriek.

"Hey! Ah! Whew." Peter grunts, as he moves forward again. The plane goes off-track, and I try to ignore the wind whipping my hair all around me, as Peter is still struggling to open the wing suit. Vulture soon comes out and puts on his wing suit as Peter tries to hang onto the airplane.

"Careful! How do you get out of here?" I mutter, wiggling around the webs.

"Just a typical homecoming on the outside of an invisible jet... Fighting my date's dad." Peter gasps, as he is blown next to me.

"Is this what people do at Homecoming?" I ask.

"No." Peter shakes his head. Vulture comes at him and takes out panels right above his head. I scream, as one of them cuts the webbing and I tumble forward, before flying up and landing on the plane. Peter shoots his web at Vulture, as I blast him multiple times. Peter is now suspended in air, one hand holding onto the web sticking to the plane, another hand holding onto the web glued to Vulture. The webs snap off and Peter is sucked in towards the engines.

"Oh, god!" Peter yells.

"Peter! Oh no! Oh no! This is really bad!" I yell, making my way towards them, but Peter shoots his web to stop the propellers. Vulture, who was also dragged to the engines, escapes death, but his wing suit is a bit damaged. Hanging onto propeller blades laced with spiderweb, Peter sighs in relief.

"Whew. I can't believe that worked." Peter sighs, and suddenly, the propeller falls off. Peter avoids the crisis by holding onto the plane and kicking the propeller off his body. Vulture flies back and attacks Peter, but he avoids them, but Vulture keeps coming at him. The impact also sets one of the engines on fire. Peter clings onto the side of the engine with a thin strand of web. Vulture sets to break open the ceiling of the plane. Still hanging from the engine, we see the plane flying straight at the city.

"Oh, my god." I gasp, as I and Peter quickly pull on the right wing to change the plane's direction, Peter using his webs, and I using my magic. On the streets, passersby watch the plane flying overhead. Vulture tears open the ceiling and holds a box in his claws. I quickly hide my face from the crowds as we continue to struggle with the plane.

"Please turn! Please turn!" Peter whispers. The plane narrowly misses crashing into the city and heads toward Coney Island. The plane hits a ride and crash-lands on the beach of Coney Island. Peter loses hold of the plane and rolls down the beach, and I'm sent flying somewhere. My vision is blurry, but I could see that everything is consumed in smoke and flames. Vulture flies toward someone, presumably Peter and attacks him. Sparks fly from Vulture's wings; it is clear that he has suffered some serious damage, too.

"Oh no." I whisper, and I sprint over to them. Vulture continues to attack Peter. Peter shoots his web, but misses and gets pinned to the ground like a bird of prey. He screams as Vulture grabs him tightly with his claws and rains down punches at him. "Don't touch him!" I shriek, blasting Vulture. He growls, and raises his to gun to shoot at me. I raise my hands to form a shield but I am still knocked back. I groan as I sit up, rubbing my head. Vulture rising up, holding Peter by the hood of his Spiderman costume, studying his limp body, when he spots something.

"Bingo." Vulture lets go of Peter, takes his goggles off, and grabs the crateful of arc reactors. Sparks rain down from his wing suit when he tries to lift the crate, but Vulture does not stop.

"Your wing suit. Your wing suit's gonna explode!" I yell, running toward him, as Peter shoots a strand of web at the crate and pulls with all his might. A tug of war ensues, as I pull on the web with Peter.

"Time to go home, Pete." Vulture snarls.

"I'm trying to save you!" Peter shrieks and Vulture cuts the web with his wing and tries to fly off. Peter presses the button on his web shooter, but it doesn't work. We look up to see the wing suit failing and we cover our heads. Vulture drops to the ground along with his wing suit. An explosion consumes him, and we are knocked back.

"No!" Peter yells, as he struggles up and runs into the flames.

"Wait for me!" I yell, running after him. We spot Toomes/Vulture and tries to lift the wing suit off him, but screams as he makes contact with hot metal. "I can do it okay? Just relax." I lift the wing suit off of him, and I lift Toomes up, carrying him away from the flames using my powers. I lay Toomes down on the beach. Peter wheezes and coughes from the smoke, as Toomes looks up at Peter, who returns his gaze. We leave him there, but not before Peter webs him up, and writes a note on the crate next to him.

We leave the scene, flying to the top of the Cyclone, per Peter's request, and see a search party on the beach. Fire engines pass by us as Peter closes his eyes, wounded and weary.

"Oh god." He mumbles.

"Here, let me help." I reply, holding up a hand and healing most minor injuries. I groan and hold my head after I'm finished, almost falling off, but Peter catches me, and helps me up.

"Are you okay?" He asks, weary, but not badly injured. Probably some bruises and minor scrapes that would disappear over time.

"Yeah. Fine. It just take a lot of my energy to heal people." I whisper, cuddled against his chest. My heart beats wildly as my brain screams CONFESS!  but I ignore it, and just stay there, enjoying his company.

"You didn't need to." Peter says.

"But I had too." I rebute.

"I guess you did. I'm sorry for ignoring you." Peter sighs.

"It's no problem." I sigh, as we stay there together, trying to process what happened.

"You look really nice." Peter says, out of the blue.

"Haha, thanks, but I probably need to hide this from Pepper." I stare down at my ruined dress, laughing softly. "This was one heck of a Homecoming."

"Yeah." Peter nods.
