"Oh god, this is not okay." Renjun and I met up at the library, and it turns out, Renjun's as panicked as I am. "But if we work hard right now and work all night I think we could finish it today"

"Great," I stated, feeling determination wash over me, "I'll research these topics and you could research the rest. Then we'll come together for the application and conclusions, sound good?"

Nodding in response, the two of us researched our separate ways.

"Okay, I think I got everything," Renjun proclaimed, typing the last of his research on our shared research document. Just then, I finished the last of mine.

"Same here."

"Ha, I finished before you," Renjun mocked, giving me the L.

"Yeah, by like five seconds."

"That's still a win in my book~"

I rolled my eyes, "whatever, you jerk."

"Since when have I been a jerk?"

"Since you tore that Moomin doll."

"HEY THAT WASN'T MY FAULT THAT WAS YOURS!!" Renjun was then shushed by the librarian, earning stares from others, causing his ears to turn pink.

"Sure it was," I spoke, successfully mustering a smug tone, "whatever makes you less guilty about yourself." In all honesty, I wasn't in the mood to have this argument again, but I sure wasn't letting Renjun win either.

"YOU-" the now raged boy began but was interrupted by the sound of my stomach growling, rather loudly in fact.

"You hungry?" he asked as though he didn't already know the answer.

"Yeahh..."

"Cool, there's this place I've been wanting to eat at and we can just continue working while we eat."

I nodded in agreement and so we collected our belongings off the table we were at, and in the process of doing so, I noticed Renjun's flower tattoo again. It was the same white flower bud, but the tips were tinged pink, and a huge light green leaf stemmed off to the right. I for one haven't bothered looking at my flower tattoo in awhile. Ever since Jeno's been acting weird, I was afraid that my flower bud would become the wilted mess it used to be, and that was a sight that had scarred me for life; to me, it meant that I wasn't destined for love. But nevermind about me.

"Ooh, that's a pretty flower bud you got there," I remarked pointing at his arm, "Who's your soulmate? They must be pretty to have such a pretty flower like that."

"A pretty flower for a pretty soulmate!!" I then added, giggling at the motto I just created off the top of my head. It was a fairly decent motto if I do say myself.

Despite the bright, easy-going atmosphere I thought this conversation would create, Renjun looked me in the eye with the most lost-in-thought face I had ever seen in my life, as if he was thinking about his soulmate, right at that moment.

"Yeah you're right," Renjun said, continuing to make eye contact, "my soulmate is really pretty..."

"Really pretty."

Although it might not have been apparent to everyone in her garden, the issue didn't lie towards the actual storm, but rather the reaction of it from a certain little someone, who's heart might not be able to recover if broken once more.
