Obviously, I cut out Mr. Lerman's hand and Riptide. I used Pixlr E's cloning feature to sort of fix the blade - if you didn't notice, I removed the trident. Book!Riptide doesn't have that, and it's always low-key annoyed me?
The text is all set to overlay and duplicated, but without much texture in the background, it just looks like a lighter shade of blue. 😅
I added the glitter dust overlay to make it like Percy had just killed a monster and the monster dust was raining down (I've always pictured it gold and glittery), but it seems to make the image appear lower quality? IDK; it looks a lot better if you squint.
For some reason, I don't see a lot of Percy Jackson graphics. If you know of some good ones, it'd be cool if you commented. ☺️ I've seen a couple of cool PJ covers on Pinterest by neptudea. Unfortunately, I don't believe either of the books they're for are in English, so I can't read them.
