Chapter 12

Y/n POV

I sigh happily as I wake up. I am so relaxed and happy. I see Kaigaku cuddled up to Kanae. I chuckle. I ship the two. They see so cute together. I pick up Kaigaku and place him on top of her. I snicker and walk away. What a fun day so far. I walk back to the room. Shinobu is there. I walk by her and she stops me.

"I am sorry for the way I acted Y/n. I was just really busy but I want to make it up to you." Shinobu says.

I kiss her and she pulls me into bed.

"I forgive you." I say.

Shinobu smiles softly and we start to cuddle. I kiss her neck and she moans softly. We both giggle.

"I love you." Shinobu says.

"I love you too." I say.

I kiss her again on the forehead.

"Y/n can we just stay in bed." Shinobu says.

"Anything for you." I whisper in her ear.

Shinobu giggles and nuzzles in my neck happily

"I am so comfy." Shinobu mumbles.

I get on top of her. I kiss her collarbone and Shinobu laughs.

"Stop!!! It tickles." Shinobu says while laughing.

I can't help but laugh as well. I then kiss her on the lips and she immediately kisses back harder.

"Lets go to sleep." Shinobu says.

I hum in response and start to relax. I fall asleep.

Next day

I wake up on her chest. I hear her soft snores. She hugs me and I sigh in bliss.

"Hey Shinobu I am going to go to the store. You can come." I say

"No I am fine honey. Just come back safe and sound." Shinobu says.

"I will." I say.

I kiss her forehead. I walk out of the mansion. Tanjiro sees me. I wave at him.

"Hey Y/n where are you going." Tanjiro says.

"I am going to town and get some food. Today is the summer celebration." I say.

I pull up my scarf and start walking to town. I see many people. It is making me a little bit nervous. I walk in. I grab skeleton rice balls, tea, coffee and other things. There will be fireworks at the beach. The master and everyone of the demon core are going. I wish everyone wasn't going. I go back to the mansion and go in the kitchen.

"Y/n did you get the food." Aoi says.

"Yes I did." I say.

I give her the bag of food. She gives me a nice smile.

"Get started Y/n. Even though you are the masters boyfriend you still don't get a pass on chores." Aoi says.

I chuckle.

"Ok i will get the pans out." I say.

I start doing my part if the job and do it quickly. I start helping Aoi cutting the vegetables.

"Y/n Can you cook the noodles." Aoi says.

I nod. I look in the pot and see that it is ready. I put them in bowls and the girls come in. Naho takes the bowls and puts them in rows.

"Thanks you guys." I say.

"No problem Y/n!!" The three say.

I gives them a warm smile. I go back to cutting. This reminds me of me cooking dinner for the family. When dad left we would eat what would could get. I remember cutting the vegetables. Aoi looks at me concerned.
