Chapter 31

Shinobu POV

After talking with my husband I feel sick. Y/n looks at me worriedly. He goes my side.

"Shinobu what is wrong. You have been throwing up a lot now." Y/n says.

Should I tell him. It would be a good time to. I cup his cheeks and I smile while tears fall down.

"I am pregnant honey. We will be having a child." I say happily.

Y/n smiles brightly and breaks down in tears. I pull him in a hug and giggle. He is so happy.

"I-I....am...going...be....a father." Y/n stutters while crying.

"Yes you will be a father and an amazing one." I whisper.

Y/n cries harder and I kiss his forehead. I hold my stomach and Y/n touches my hand.

"I can't wait to see how the little one will grow up. Probably like his or her beautiful mother." Y/n says.

I blush and chuckle.

"They will be like both of. Like their amazing father. So kind and brave." I say.

Our forehead heads and our hands intertwine.

"How long have you been pregnant for." Y/n says.

"You remember when we were at the lake." I say.

Y/n thinks for a moment and blushes heavily after remember our actives we did there. I caress his cheek. Y/n relaxes more and more. He must be so tired after hearing this big news. I still have to tell my sister and Kanae. Y/n can tell his brother that.

"Shinobu after we tell our family what should we do about the hashira and Tanjiro's group. I want to tell him." Y/n says.

"Let's take it one step at a time. We could have twice the fun again and have another child if you are that eager to tell the others." I say playfully.

I have on a big smile. Y/n blushes.

"No!! I-I mean I love having our alone time but this is big news and I want to tell the whole world who I am having a baby with. You are the most amazing and beautiful woman in the world." Y/n says.

I kiss him and get off the rock. We hold hands and walk back to the mansion where the others are.

"Let's first tell my sister and Kanae." I say.

"Yeah. I can't wait to see their reactions." Y/n says.

I look up at him and we stop. Y/n hugs me tightly.

"I love you Shinobu." Y/n says.

"I love you too Y/n." I say.

Y/n POV

We keep walking. Mitsuri is annoying Inguro to death. I see Kanae going against Kanao.

"Hey you two. I see you are training hard." Shinobu says.

"Hello master and brother." Kanao says.

"Hello lovebirds. Do you need something." Kanae says.

"Can we talk in private." I say seriously.

Kanae looks at us a little nervous. Kanao is unfazed by this.

"Let's talk in my office." Shinobu says.

We start walking to her office and close the door.

"What did you tie want to talk about." Kanae says.

"You know when I was sick we had a lot of alone time." I say nervously.

Shinobu glares at me and blushes but keep her smile.

"Don't tell them that." Shinobu says.

"I am explaining how it happened. Isn't that how people do that. We are grown up and know about this. Kanae is kinda a Doctor." I say.

"Our alone time is private. Not to share." Shinobu says.

"Oh well can I say it or you." I say.

"I will. I was going to let you but you just gave out our personal information so now it is no." Shinobu says happily.

I huff but Shinobu kisses my cheek.

"What are you two talking about Master." Kanao says.

"I am pregnant. I am going to be a mother and Y/n will be the father." Shining says.

Kanao eyes widen. Kanae starts crying in happiness. They hug us both and Kanao even starts crying. Shinobu chuckles when I start crying.

"It's ok honey." Shinobu says softly.

I hug her.

"I am going to be a father with the worlds nicest girl!!" I cry.

"I wouldn't say nicest." Kanae jokes.

Shinobu gives her time death glare. She ruffles my hair.

"Does Kaigaku know." Kanae says.

I shake my head.

"No not yet." I say.

I wipe my tears. I am beyond happy. Shinobu tugs on my kimono.

"Y/n come on. Let's go tell your brother. He will surely be happy." Shinobu says

I nod.

"Shinobu how far along are you." Kanae says

"A month or so." Shinobu says.

I kiss her forehead and we head off. I stomach hurts a little. Shinobu and I stop. She looks at me worried.

"Honey what is wrong." Shinobu says concerned.

It gets worse. I grab my stomach. I curl up in a ball. Shinobu immediately goes to my side. Shinobu helps me up. We go back into our room and she lays me down. Shinobu goes through the cabinet and gets out some medicine. She hands me some pills.

"Take these honey. They will make you feel better." Shinobu says.

I now and take the pills. She lays next to me and we start to cuddle. I am not cured yet but soon I will be. Soon I can live a life with Shinobu and our child. I start to fall asleep.
