Prologue 1:
Camp Crystal Lake,
Friday, June 13, 1985
Trooper Oliver was concerned.
He knew his failure at stopping Tommy Jarvis from killing Jason Voorhees was his fault...And he wouldn't live that down, but now, a year later, he knew he would die.
By 6:00 AM, Trooper Oliver sensed that someone was at Camp Crystal Lake.
He scanned the area: the old WELCOME TO CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE. EST. 1935 sign was still there; the old barn; the ancient bridge; the creepy cabins; and the outhouse in which Ned Rubenstein met Mrs. Pamela Voorhees during the summer of 1980, and died as her wicked, sharp blade of her long, butcher knife severed his thorax while he wanted to ask the stranger if he or she needed help...
...Then, to his surprise, he saw a dark shadow hover above him.
...It was Jason Voorhees.
...Minus his right eye.
He still wore the hockey mask on his deformed, swollen face.
He was wearing the black colored and tattered boiler suit, as well as black colored boots on his feet.
In his right, clawed hand he gripped his trusty machete.
And he threw it into the back of Trooper Oliver's skull.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!", yelled the Trooper, as blood and brain splattered all over Camp Crystal Lake.
Then Jason Voorhees yanked the bloody weapon out of the split cranium of the Trooper, then watched his limp, blood drenched body thud to the hard ground.
And then Jason Voorhees buried the Trooper's body in the middle of the deadly woods, and then headed back to his dilapidated shack...
...But not before seeing if there were any intruders who were going to his camp...
...Because, if they did come, he was ready for them...
....He was always ready.
