Doctor Matthew Letter had short, brown hair, brown eyes, and tall.
He wore a brown T-shirt, blue jeans, a black colored belt, brown socks, and brown shoes. And a brown colored watch on his right hand.
"Hello Tommy. I'm Doctor Matthew Letter. I'm the Head of the facility. I know they've pumped you full of drugs. We don't do that here; we have an honor system. This place is a camp for troubled teenagers at Camp Crystal Lake. We don't need the law; we need honesty. Of course, if peoples' behavior is to the detriment to the program, we will let Sheriff Cal Tucker take care of the situation. When Sheriff Tierney died last year, they got a good man to take care of us...
..."Now, according to this report, you were attacked by a serial killer, Jason Voorhees after he killed your Mom and other teenagers at the camp. Your Dad committed suicide before. No wonder you're doped up to the hilt, Tommy. Now, please sign the document here with this pen. It's just to let Pam and I be authorised to take care of you for the duration of your stay here. OK", Doctor Letter said.
"OK", said Tommy Jarvis and he signed the papers.
"Because you're under 18, we'll co-sign it too" Pam said, as she looked concernedly at Matthew. This boy is going to be trouble, she saw the same look on his eyes...Then Tommy left the Office, and headed to another room where Reggie, an African-American boy, smiled at him, as Pam made sure Tommy got to know everyone there.
