"You're the new kid. I'm Reggie. I'm looking after the kids cos my Grandpa is the cook here. Yeah I know, a black man doing a white man's job. But it's not about race; it's about a job. A paid job", he said. Then Tommy saw several fake spiders...and backed away,
"Are you afraid of spiders?; Are you afraid of rubber spiders?; Are you afraid of rubber spiders on strings? Man, you're one scared cat!", Reggie said.
He left Tommy Jarvis alone.
"Reggie! Breakfast is soon. Can you tell everyone?", Grandpa asked, as he was cooking in the kitchen.
"Yo! Breakfast!", answered Reggie.
"I could've done that" said Grandpa, and he shook his head...
...Then laughed.
