"Gaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! WHY. ARE. YOU. SO. SLOW!?" I scream at my computer
"Ella! The phones for you!" my mum falls from downstairs
"Ok coming mum!" I shout back
I pause the photos that are downloading from my camera to my computer, and race downstairs.
"Who is it mum?" I ask
"I dunno" She replies
I take the phone from her and answer the person who is on the other end.
"Hello this is Ella speaking"
Right then, when they told me who was speaking I literally stopped breathing. I wanted to just scream. This has probably been the best thing that's ever happened to me. When the call ends I place the phone down very, very, slowly.
"Well?" my mum asks
I just scream
"Wh-what happened?" she asks
I still just scream
"ELLA! WHAT HAPPENED?!" mum asks again
I take a deep breath and try and control mysel.
"Well" I begin
"That was Jessica. Jessica is the head of the promotions department for the X Factor. She said they looked through my c.v and my sample photos, and they, and they want me to take up the internship they were offering"
Mums jaw drops open. Then she screams too.
"WHAAAATTTT!!!!! ELLA THATS, THATS, THATS INCREDIBLE!!!!"
We both start jumping and screaming together.
"So when do you start" Mum finally asks
"Well they said for me to go to the auditions in cali, and then go with them to bootcamp, and if they like my work they will PAY me to work at the judges houses and the live shows" I say very fast and excitedly
My mum is speechless.
"So when are the cali auditions?!?!?"
"In two days!!"
"WELL GO UPSTAIRS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!!"
I run up the stairs, skipping two at a time. When i get into my room i jump on my bed and scream with excitement.
I really hope i can meet their expectations. This is what i need to start up my life. I just hope i dont screw it up.
