After that whole fiasco, I decided to show them one of the labs from the building
Scarlett: Come around this way
Then Jace Grayson steps out to talk to the group
Jace Grayson: Good afternoon Sky
Scarlett: Mr Grayson
Axel and Jace locked eye contact
Jace looks away and starts asking the group a bunch of questions
Jace: Let's see um.. you in the back, what's your name
Axel looks at him with a mad look on his face as he realizes he's talking to him, but tries to cover it up as the whole group was staring at him
Axel: I'm Axel.. Axel Knight..
Scarlett suddenly remembers that name from health science, and she looks down at her roster to see if he was part of the internship
Jace: And you wanna apply for the internship?
He says in a sassy voice
Axel: Well last time I checked it was open for anyone so um yeah I'll apply to it
Jace looks at his name tag
Jace: My apologies.. Mr Cruz
At this point the group and Scarlett were both quiet, because it was a really awkward situation
Scarlett: *laughs nervously* okay how about we um keep going?
Jace nods his head yes
They lead the group to another spot and Axel tries sneaking off but Scarlett suddenly sees him
She then approaches him
Scarlett: Hi
Axel: *nervously turns around*
Axel: Hey
Scarlett: *looks down at his ID badge* What are you doing, David?
Axel: I um I work here
Scarlett looks at him and laughs
Axel laughs as well
Axel: I don't work here I was gonna say I work here but you obviously know I don't work here
Scarlett looks at him and smiles
Scarlett: Are you following me?
Axel: *laughs* No I'm not following you, I'm not, I didn't even know you worked here
Scarlett: Then why would you be here?
Axel: I snuck in because I love science
Scarlett: Oh you love science
Axel: I'm passionate about it
Scarlett: So you snuck in-
Scarlett then turns around to look at her group
Scarlett: I have to lead this tour group, so I'm gonna ask you more about this later, do not get me in trouble
Axel: I promise I won't
Scarlett: Stay with the group
As Scarlett walks off, Axel waits until she walks off
He then quickly turns around to go explore other places
He stumbles across a room with wasps and starts to look around, not realizing a wasp has gotten on his neck
*Jace walks in*
Jace: Don't you think you're in the wrong room Axel?
Axel: What are you doing here?
Jace: This is my building, remember? I'm in charge now ever since the day my mother died because you killed her!
Axel: It wasn't like that!
Jace: Then what was it huh? Axel, it's your fault she's gone, you lost your parents and you wanted me to lose mine, that's why you shot her
Axel: No I didn't!
Jace starts tearing up in anger
Jace: Get out of my sight right now
Axel walks out towards the door, but suddenly stops
Axel: I loved your mother, Jace.. I didn't kill her, but I'm done trying to explain this to you Axel walks out, and Scarlett spots him from the other side
Scarlett then looks at Axel, as she realizes he didn't follow her instructions
Scarlett approaches him with a confused smile on her face
Axel laughs nervously
Scarlett: Alright give me the badge
Axel stands there staring at her
Scarlett: Give it to me
Axel takes the badge off and hands it to her
Scarlett walks off with her group, and suddenly Axel gets bit by the wasp, which makes him yell
Scarlett turns around and stares at him when she hears him, but continues to walk to her group
**Scarlett's POV**
I really thought Axel was about to get me in trouble, which thankfully he didn't
I questioned what he could've been doing but I just brushed it off
"It's probably nothing" I told myself
